I always appreciate supporting locally owned businesses, so I hate to leave this feedback. Unfortunately, when we arrived today for our noon reservation in the splatter room, it seemed there was no record of it. When I mentioned our planning emails, I would have appreciated a quick, 'I'm so sorry, let me get that started for you,' from the owner Tess, rather than a muttered remark about not having the reservation or a paid deposit. It would have made all the difference to hear an apology or acknowledgment of the mix-up. I would have gladly paid a deposit had I been sent an invoice. Your message on October 8th—'Perfect, we will see you then'—made me feel all was set.
Thankfully, the young lady who helped us was wonderful, and my daughter and her friends enjoyed the experience. But as a customer, I believe a bit more attention to communication and customer service could elevate the experience...

They have every craft item you can think of, lots of projects to choose from, and make it easy but fun to create a work...

From an engineering standpoint, I discovered something I should have done in hindsight. Instead of using a whole drop of dye, I should have put a little dye on a skewer and pushed the skewer against the side down to the bottom of the candle. Even just 1-2 drops can color a big candle perfectly. Next time we come back, that’s what I'll do. I can’t wait to go back and make more crafts with my...
