The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I was always skeptical of the place, but my husband decided that he wants to try it for the Thanksgiving dinner, when we will be hosting family and friends from out of town. Big mistake! Always trust your gut hunch! To begin with, we were charged a whooping $270 for dinner for 5. Only the shipping is $90! Ham and turkey were both dry, too salty and overall mediocre. No stuffing or cranberry sauce, one of family members had to do a last minute Whole Foods run for it. Food arrived to the door in two large boxes, and where the ham was (the bag was sealed), everything was covered in sticky honey sauce, which at first I didn't notice until I saw that it's dripping and my other items in the fridge were all covered in that sticky substance. Now on top of everything else, I had to take everything out of the fridge, wipe all products off and mop the floor. Guests were not impressed and asked where we got it from, mentioned "don't do it again!". And we won't! No one was interested in the leftovers and we froze part of it and kept the rest in the fridge, then threw it all out after a few days. So basically almost $200 worth of food thrown away. I think they are really still in business because they so overcharge for holiday meals, especially people that are still unfamiliar...

Yesterday my mother placed an order for our Christmas dinner totaling over $80. When we went to pick it up today Dominic was very rude when telling my mother it wasn't paid for. When my mother told him the money was deducted out of her bank account he argued with her stating it wasn't paid for. After 3minutes of going back and forth he called over Sara who wasn't to pleasant herself. Sara stated the order wasn't paid for so I told my mom to check her bank account again. When she showed Sara that the money was deducted from her account Sara stated "your order doesn't even total that amount mam" in a very rude tone and again told my mom it wasn't paid for and that she doesn't know what the charge was for. By this point we are heated. The complete lack of them trying to figure this out was ridiculous! This ordeal took about 10minutes all to find out the order was indeed paid for. To be honest I've never experienced rudeness like this and we will be making other plans next year. Christmas is supposed to be a happy time and the treatment that came from these two was very...

Let me start... day before Thanksgiving, these ladies in here are amazing. Working hard to keep traffic moving. Waited in line and was 4th one back and only took about 5 minutes before my turn. Nancy and Autumn both greated me with smile on their face. Nancy was amazing but having a short conversation with me while Autumn went back to get my ham. First time at this location and not a disappointment at all. I know time around holidays are hectic at places like this but still to be greeted by an hear hostess and then at the register was amazing! Keep up the good...
