Talk about the worst shopping experience Iāve ever had with Target. From the moment I stepped into this Target location, I was greeted by a rude and condescending woman named Arlete (Short Latin Woman with black hair and glasses). She immediately informed me that I would need a face mask in order to shop at this Target and that the policy was implemented the same day I shopped there (4/28/20). I was caught off guard because none of the other Targetās was enforcing this policy and I drove a far distance to buy a specific product that was only sold at this location. I was very frustrated by this sudden information and did not want to leave the store without getting what I came for. I asked if they sell masks here, she responded theyāre sold out. She wasnāt trying to help me out with any suggestions at all. She lacked extreme empathy for my situation and repeated over and over that I will need a mask and that I cannot shop here. The issue wasnāt the mask, it was her delivery. While I was trying to explain to her that I donāt own one, she continued to talk over me and repetitively stated that I need a mask. At this point, she completely wasnāt listening to me. I asked her what if I use my bag as a mask? (My bag was a little fabric sack), she ignored me while we waited for security. I asked for her name, she did not answer me and showed me her name tag. I emptied out everything in my bag and put it over my face. I asked if this was okay? She signaled her hand that I can go inside. I was so disgusted with her customer service, for a second, I thought I was shopping at Walmart. I told her that Iām going to report her obnoxious behavior and she responded back to me āPlease doā. I said I will make sure to do it tomorrow morning, she responded saying āDo it Tonight!ā. I decided to speak to the manager on duty, his name is Cruz. While explaining what happened, Arlete left her assigned station to listen to what I was telling her manager. Cruz didnāt seem to care too much on what I was telling him. I felt as if he was waiting for me to shut up so they can close the store. I felt extremely disrespected and I will NEVER shop at this Target location EVER AGAIN! My shopping will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will not visit this Target store ever again. And I will let my family and friends know. About the experience I had. I frequently shop at this store, because I moved to this area about 6 months ago. And this time I went specifically to get Halloween costumes for my kids. Which by the way, you take price in lowest price guarantee, but they were not cheaper than your competitor (Walmart). But they liked them and I saw a sign that advertised buy one, get second 50% off. When I got to the self check out I asked the rep there why was the second showing full price. She told me that the sale expired and walked away. So, I asked her if it expired why was there a sign up? She was surprised that the sign was up. And told some guy in Customer Service that they needed to take it down. And walked away again. No apology or anything. So, I paid for other items and I asked her to take off the costumes. I get to the car and I asked my husband to go back into the store and take a picture of the sign so I can report it to corporate. And there was another Target employee that saw him taking a picture and asked if she could help. My husband explained what happened and she got a manager to honor the price because they had put the sign up too early. The principal is the principal, and if you advertise something, why do I have to hustle for it? I do not care if it was a mistake, the employee should've cared to honor it. Not wait until we go back and tell them that we are sending corporate a complaint so they can care. This is not the first time that I deal with a rude employee at this location. I had another instance like this with a gentleman of advanced age at the liquor store once, yelling at me and everything. Very uncalled for. Management needs to retrain these employees to provide better service. And most importantly, teach their employees that no matter what it is that the customer is asking or saying, they need to communicate without being rude and careless about the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely love target, but I love "MY TARGET" especially! Orlando SW target store is always as stocked as they can be during these times. They are always fully staffed ( or so I think) because honestly if they were not you couldn't even tell because the store is run so smoothly. Always fairly priced. I now choose coming to Target more as to where I use to go to walmart more. On my budget with a family of six I love the clearance options as well. It helps out so much. I also love when the meat has the coupons of X amount off. It really does help us out and I am sure many more people too. The efficiency of the self scan is excellent. There is one man there and I wish I knew his name but hes an older gentleman probably in his late 30s early 40s with black glasses runs that area like he owns it. Always moving the customers along. Very kind and helpful. There is a lot of other workers who are amazing with it as well ( I comment about there because it's all I use honestly not the regular registers) And last but not least ...one of my overall favorite things about this store ( i've said it many times too) from the time the pandemic started till today that store is ALWAYS cleaning the carts and registers. There is never a time I come into this store and feel like it's not clean. I see the same workers always making sure those carts are orderly and clean. I always make sure to thank them too. I don't think enough customers do and should. They really deserve an extra thanks because they are working hard. Not even publix cleans the carts anymore. So thank you...
