BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION! I went through the drive-thru yesterday and never received my debit card from the cashier. After realizing a few hours later I called the location to ensure that they still had it, and they did. The following morning I just so happened to check my bank account and noticed that my account had been charged twice for two different amounts from this location on the same day. One for $16.01(correct amount) and another for $32.10(unknown charge). I then call the location and speak with the manager(Melissa), who then says yes they have the card and said she would look into the charge, which I said fine because I would be there later in the day. I show up at approximately 12:40pm, had to be at work at 1pm, right around the corner, so it worked, but unfortunately I waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from the manager even though she knew I was waiting for her. She was counting a till that she took down right when I got there and apparently was looking into the charge right then. I called 3 hours prior and now when I get there you begin to look into the charge??? I don't know about Panera managers, but don't you think if you already didn't give someone back their card and they have an unknown charge from your store, you would think they would make finding that charge a priority knowing that I was coming to the store in 2 to 3 hours?! But, no, after waiting 15 minutes I had to leave to go to work at 1pm and when I got back at 5pm(lunch), Melissa then tells me she can't find the charge in her system and that I would have to deal with corporate. She then acted like it wasn't even that important to her, even after I showed her that the charge was on my account in which she confirmed came from her store! Unbelievable!!! Now, I have NO FAITH in this store and worry they might continue to charge my account. I warn you if you ordered anything from this location to CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT, you might be missing some money. Read moreArrived at speaker for drive thru at 945am 9/1 didn't take my order until 952am then advanced to the pick up window with only one vehicle a red truck in front of us. My order 2 souffle and one breakfast sandwich . Not a single treating not anything when we arrived to window at 958am now the wait for any sign of life finally at 10:10am a tall person comes to window didn't know which order was ours I explained which and said total $24 and change handed money now walks thru restaurant with cash to make change. Comes back to window and says sorry here change and food . So I ask you know this was a 30 minute wait for one sandwich the other two are already made. The response was: "Sorry we only have one kitchen for inside orders and outside" I replied are you serious that's no different than absolutely every other location and company in your market. Well sorry she replied. Now my opinion one you wasted 30 mins of my time on something that at most should take 10 mins and that's really really really pushing it being super generous. How could a franchise or corporate location of Panera operate with these horrible expectations of staff. To even use one kitchen as an excuse is horrible and keep in mind look at the cameras the place was no where near busy. This is a tourist location and if this is covelli owned you should be embarrassed turning Panera into the service levels of your Beef O'Bradys. Read moreI'm really torn actually. One thing was great and everything else was terrible. I ordered two items. Chocolate croissant and egg white, avocado & spinach sandwich.
Let's start with the good. That sandwich was delicious. The bun it's supposed to come with was out of stock, so I got it with this pepper bread, and it tasted amazing. The avocado was fresh. The eggs were fluffy. Delicious. If it was just that, would be 5/5.
But the croissant was rock hard and cold. I've never had a cold croissant before. The (extremely rude) employee told me "we don't serve hot pastries" and said the chocolate would melt if she warmed it up for me "but there's a microwave behind you if you want to do it." No, I don't. That's why I ordered food instead of making my own.
The bathroom was disgusting. I mean NASTY. I went in at 8:15 in the morning. There's no way the place could be that gross that quick (they open at 8) unless it was left over from the day before. There was blood on the toilet seat! 🤢
And the woman was seriously just so rude, like she was annoyed I was there. Fair enough; it's early. I don't want to be awake either, but I'm just here to get some breakfast, y'know?
