AMAZING! I went October 6th and they were Killing it with the Covid-19 safety measures! They cleaned the tables and menus before you sit down. They use gloves for everything and change then consistently. They have sanitizer stations. They observe social distancing rules, and have markings and split up customers so tables are not on top of each other. They cleaned the bathroom regularly. The place looked great and ran well. Safest I have felt during the pandemic! And most of all they were all so kind and friendly. The host was a young caucasian red head and she was so inviting, kind and helpful. She was really on top of things. Our server Tiffany F. was also the bartender and I was just overjoyed with the quality of service. She was so kind, attentive and consistent! Even through her mask she was all smiles. We took forever to order because the choices are great and she was so patient, suggestive and helpful. The guy who ran our food wore a clown mouth mask which we loved, halloween is very special to our family. And he was so friendly, helpful and attentive as well. He checked on us a couple times. They really worked as a team and effortlessly there. It was refreshing to see. And the manager was a caucasian red head and she was visible at all times and so kind. We had the onion ring tower and it was perfect, freshly cook, nice and hot. I had a margarita and Tiffany F. made it perfectly balance. It was flawless and smooth. I had the mad love burger and let me tell you it was everything. It was perfectly stacked, cooked and delicious. I don't know how after all that we had dessert, we where super full. The plates are perfectly portioned. We made room for a sky high mudd pie and it was just the perfect ending to the perfect meal, perfect place and perfect staff. Thank you so much for such a clean, safe, fun, wonderful environment and delightful dining experience. Will definitely be back!...
Read moreI want to start off by saying that our group of 6 loved this place on our previous visits. We went here everytime we were in the area, we had a favorite booth too which we sat at. But not this time which was the beginning of our awful time here.
We always had a great time here but our last experience was so God awful, we probably won't be back and it's a shame too.
Our server was either new or was not having a good day, she told us we couldn't order the kids meals first, we had to order everything at the same time. Then said let me get your drinks and appetizers and kids meals after. So we ordered drinks, appetizers, and kids meals. All separately.
Then the drinks came, the appetizers came, and finally the kids meals came out, but we never saw our server.
I had to ask other staff walking by to help us refill our drinks while we waited. When we finally found her she blamed us as she said she was waiting for us to decide when we would like to order, this was 45 minutes after ordering the kids meals.
Not everyone had an appetizer so some of us were starving by this point. So we ordered and never saw her again for another hour at least.
When we did see her eventually, she avoided us like the plague, we just wanted our check and to go boxes.
The check was supposed to be split but never was. After 30 plus minutes and having the kids start Winget any, we get a manager and she takes our cards and takes care of us so we can go home.
When I get home, both parties had a different amount charged to their cards than was on their receipt. One party had an extra 10 dollar charge too.
We were there 2 and a half hours. For burgers, chicken fingers and fries too. I'm surprised the kids sat that long as the adults were ready to go before we even got to order. We had such good experiences before and the kids loved the food but I don't want to ever...
Read moreSo enjoyed dining at this Red Robin. Dined there several times during our vacation and was just impressed with the staff. Our last visit the restaurant was quite full with what looked like a sports team. We were quickly seated by the lovely hostess Indira (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly). What totally impressed me was how they all worked together. There were only 2 servers on to service not only the regular customers but a whole team. A gentleman came by our table shortly after we were seated and reassured us that we would be served quickly. He took our drink order and away he went. Not long after that our server came by to take our order - a lovely young lady named Shakira. Even though she was busy she never made us feel rushed when placing our order and smiled and joked with us. There was another server there-Desi-and she was working hard but I noticed how pleasant she was with her customers. As we were eating another gentleman came by to ensure our food was good and come to find out he was the kitchen manager Jorge! Then I find out the gentleman who initially took our drink order was Anthony the general manager! Over the course of our time there I watched as the entire staff helped each other. The servers were helping each other with bringing out the food as well as Anthony and the hostess was clearing and disinfecting tables! I loved seeing the cooperation of this staff together. There was nothing too menial for Anthony to do-he was right in there even making shakes for some of the sports team customers! This shows leadership by example. I wish them all great success in all that they do in their lives! Red Robin: you've got a...
