Went to Jt’s yesterday for a pedicure and manicure with design and French I was escorted very quickly to this young Asian guy to do my pedicure. I asked for a towel to cover myself because I had a dress on and he was doing my feet. Anyhow I wear heels a lot so I need my feet scrub and he did not do anything, my foot was the same as when I came. I asked him if could please redo it and he acted like he did not understand so I ask the other lady to see if he could translate for me. She did I guess he got pist but he still didn’t do it so I just gave up then he gave a rude hand gesture to go on. Then I said “Excuse me?” He said “go get your color” then wave his hand rudely again. I said this is my first time here so I don’t know exactly where your colors are? Because I wanted gel polish and those are different than the regular polish. He wave his hand again rudely. Then I found the manager he kinda seem unbothered by the rude customer service. Then the other customers in the establishment said the young boy was rude and I agreed with them. So the manager went over there and mumbled something to his employee and the employee said something in their Asian dialect waving his hands in disgust. I was surprised at pure disrespect he had for the customer and he work there. Anyhow I worked with some other technicians to finish my hands and feet. They were nice and did a decent job. But the manager at the end charge me for the pedicure and he took $5 off for the rude employee. I was like he didn’t do anything to my foot but I just smh and paid him almost $100. I believe it was the owners kid and if the boy doesn’t want to work there let him go find a job elsewhere because being rude to customers is not acceptable. I work hard for my money being treated like trash is not something that should be done at any place...
Read moreI ended up doing a walk in as I was on vacation and I just wanted an acrylic fill. The owner took care of me, it appeared.
I was charged for gel when I asked for regular and he did not tell me there was a difference. Just went on and painted em, and then when I was surprised at the $20 difference in price - And he did not adjust the price after I called him out. That's horrible business practice. Went in for a $20-$25 fill and here Im now being charged $50.
Have pics but its not letting me post. He literally did my entire set in 20 minutes. Now There's a huge difference between being fast and efficient and just fast and sloppy. My nails are wavy and bumpy, they're not even painted all the way to the edge, and I've had these a week and A-day and one is already popped off due from every single 1 of them lifting at the cuticle. Shape is in consistent as 20 minutes is wayy to short of a time to do a neat job. I wasnt in any sort of a rush either. Ive been getting my nails done for years. This is by far some of the worst service I've ever had as well as the worst results I've had for acrylic nails. Definitely save your money and go...
Read moreI read the mixed reviews on this salon and i thought i’d give it a try seeing there was more positive then negative. I went and got my acrylic nails removed a new full set put on and a pedicure. while I was getting my pedicure one of the nail techs came over and asked me if I was getting my nails removed and I responded yes.He then proceeds to clip my nails w a nail clipper then pop of the rest of my nails with the tip of a fake nail which i could’ve done at home. I usually get them professionally taken off bc it is just healthier for the nail. Then when i go to get my full set put on i noticed he didn’t get all of the excess of my old acrylic off which i had said something about. to say the least the price i paid for the service was outrageous and i don’t mind paying a good amount of money for a GOOD set but what i paid for what i got was uncalled for and i’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years and never once paid $20 extra for gel. They were very nice nail techs the job just not done to...
