Condominiums at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk — Local services in Four Corners

This hotel was EVERYTHING!!!! From the rooms to the staff everything and everyone was great. Vince, Daine, Joel and Alberte went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. The rest of the staff from housekeeping to breakfast and reception staff were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for your Orlando visit. The free breakfast is good, they have eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, waffles (not Mickey shaped), pastries, bagels and bread all delicious. Juice, water and soda options along with coffee and tea. The reception has drinky drinks for the adults and juice and water with a light snack to go along with the company of the staff. The pool is big and has a bar and splash pad as well. Scheduling shuttle to and from the parks was not hard, they make sure to get you accomodated. The security offers rides to sunset walk and to Margaritaville resort via golf cart. There is a target within walking distance of the hotel too or you can catch a ride. Lots of shops and dining nearby as well. I will stay there the next time I visit!!!! I promise you will not be...

Where do I start….

Let’s begin with check in, front desk agents are great. They are trying their best to make sure guests are happy given all the rules they were told.

If you’re a Hilton honors member forget about your benefits. They don’t exist here even though I reached out to Hilton itself and was told they were.

Now to the big issue! They close their pool at 5pm… yes you read correctly 5pm! I’m sorry but we are in Florida in the middle of summer. Who closes a pool of a resort at 5pm in Florida when sundown is 8:30pm?! Not even apartment buildings close at 5pm. When you go speak with the manager all he says “they’re not my rules that’s what I’m told to do”

Yet they want you to spend money on their condos and buy when they can’t even get their hotel running properly.

Do not believe the 5...

Unfortunately I bought 2 units from this project. I asked them (at the time of purchase) when I would be able to sell. They said "as soon as we are done selling all the units. But we are almost sold out anyways!!" So this was 9 months ago.

Yesterday after I paid for closing. They started dodging my questions about how many units are left to be sold.

They started saying things like, we do not have to inform you CHECK BACK WITH US IN 6 MONTHS!

So I just learned that I can't sell what I paid over a million dollars to, without their ok before 2 years!!

Needless to say, I was lied to! At the time of sale... Now, I will spend a good amount of money to reveal this attitude to public.

PS: btw the closing date was a whole year later than what...
