I wish I could give this place zero stars. Hands down THE WORST customer service. We ordered sweet and sour chicken to be delivered. They brought us the food and there was no sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. So basically we had dry chicken that anyone could make. We called them back and asked them to tell the delivery guy to bring back some sauce. They said no, we would need to drive to their restaurant to get the sauce. We said no, that's unacceptable because we paid for delivery so we were not going to drive to the resturant to fix something THEY messed up. Then they said they would just give us a store credit for "next time" and there was no way we are going back there, so we said that we wanted our money back. Argued on the phone for 5 minutes and finally they said "fine we will bring the money back" and hung up on us. When the guy got here he didn't want to give the money back, argued with him outside our house for 5 minutes and then he finally gave us HALF our money back AND took all the food back too. Then as he left he said "Don't ever order food from us again because you are too needy" Not a problem, I can guarantee I will never eat here again. So I guess he just gave that food that was delivered to us to some other poor couple who ordered next. We wound up with no food, only half our money back because the delivery guy said it wasn't his fault the restaurant messed up. Basically, wouldn't fix their mistake and the food tasted like cheap mall...
Read moreAbsolutely pathetic business and embarrassing (for them) service. I've been ordering from them for a couple years and finally have reached my limit.
First they stopped taking card payment for online orders, and then tonight they didn't even bother to deliver my order or let me know it wasn't coming. After waiting almost an hour and a half for an order that was estimated to take 45 minutes (with hungry children, mind you) I called to inquire about my order.
I was put on hold several times, talked over while the person who eventually answered took orders from in-store customers, and then informed that they had never received my online order. However, when I directed them to the order website they found mine waiting in their queue within about ten seconds. So, it's clear that they just don't care about serving customers.
I'm sure the volume of their service will make up for losing my business, but I will never order from this disorganized, disrespectful establishment ever again. I only wish I could give them zero stars as a better reflection of...
Read moreThe front cashier lady was very nice and patient in answering all inquiries, the Cantonese chef was very kind too. The delivery was super quick all the time. However there are something if this cafe could improve, in cuisine modification & procedures. Such as 1) less salty in meal both rice & entree (lunch specials bought lately). 2) try to make the fried rice crunchy & crispy but less saggy & mushy. 3) try to make Gong Bao dish less liquid but dryer in final result. 4) must show the consumer itemised bill before sign the bill. 5) must furnish the customer the receipt. It seemed habitually in this entity who never provided the receipts to its patrons or only me? It happened since 3 yrs ago till now, or even earlier of yrs ago? 6) must provide the total costs before & after transact patrons' bank card charges on meals over the phone if called.
