It was our first time visiting this establishment. It was clean and spacious. Plenty of seating for a dine-in experience. We ordered our smoothie drinks and food to go and it didn't take long to receive our order. I wasn't greeted when entering but the atmosphere felt welcoming and fresh. Someone was ordering while I looked at the menu. When she finished ordering, I was kind of confused because I was just standing there. I was expecting someone to either take my order or tell me to wait a moment. After doing some work, the man came and took my order. The employee was nice and helpful. The prices are fair and our order was DELICIOUS! I ordered the Sunrise Sunset with added fresh ginger and my daughter ordered the Bahama Mama. We also ordered a grilled cheese kid's meal with a kale and apple side salad and a jerk chicken wrap with a side of sweet potatoes. I highly recommend the jerk chick wrap. I could have saved half of the wrap for another meal but my daughter enjoyed it so much that she ate the other half! Her grilled cheese was cheesy and toasted to perfection. We came at the perfect time because the line was long behind us. I would suggest having more than 2 employees working (especially during busy hours) because while both men were working, no one was at the counter to take orders. I kept hearing the employees saying, "we will be with you in a moment" as people walked in. Our smoothies were not watered down, the perfect blend of fruit and ice. The ginger in my smoothie was delicious and just the right amount. The building is in a high-traffic/ congested area. It would be nice to have an outdoor area to sit but not at that location. I have a kidney transplant and all the other smoothie places around town use Herbalife in their smoothies which is awful for your kidneys. If you want a place that uses fresh and natural ingredients, this is it! We will be back!!
Update: Returned today because it was so good! I was greeted upon entering and asked what I would like to order. The employee was patient and kind as my daughter and I were indecisive with our order. We both ordered the jerk chicken wrap. That goes to show how delicious it is! My daughter got her Bahama Mama smoothie with a strawberry edible straw. We sat and browsed the menu while drinking our perfectly blended smoothies so that we can be ready for next time. I can't wait to try the strawberry hibiscus lemonade next time! Today we ordered corn as a side which was recommended. Also delicious! Thanks for high-quality service and...
Read moreI’ve been here several times and it’s always been great. The food and the staff are always wonderful. This afternoon I walked in, a family was, I assume, waiting on their order. I stood for a minute and looked at the menu and waited. Another customer came in and was greeted, I had not even been acknowledged at this point, she only wanted a cup and straw. I’m thinking the staff is busy until I see the lady start wiping down counters like she has nothing else to do. The people in front of me are waiting on a food order not any type of smoothie, which is what I wanted. When it was clear she wasn’t going to ask if she could help me or if I was ready to order I walked out. I shouldn’t have to walk into an establishment and get the staff’s attention to place an order. To be fair I hadn’t seen this server there before. It’s possible she’s new...
Read moreGreat smoothies. Food is decent as well. They do a pretty good job at this location. My only past problem is that no one answers the phone, and I have had their website shut down to online ordering completely before as well. But this has only been once and it hasn't happened since. Indoor atmosphere is great as long as the fans aren't on! When the fans are on it gives us a headache because some of the can lights are directly behind the ceiling fans and it creates a horrible flashing effect in most of the restaurant. I have only been in one time when fans were off and it was pretty pleasant although I personally think they need some tropical music. Would not recommend those sensitive to flashing lights to enter...
