Kohl's — Local services in Frankfort

I was here picking up an online order that I had placed over an hour ago. The customer service counter informed me that the item had yet to be picked. My boyfriend went over to the clothing isle and found the item and brought it up to us. The customer service/picker staff was extremely rude to us saying that we had to wait up to two hours for them to pick and pack our order. We do not live in the area, so we simply asked why they could not find my online order and let the person whom was suposed to pick it know that it could be marked as picked. They then continued to argue saying that no, we could not do that because there was someone on the floor looking for it already and that since we had it they would not be able to find it and my order would be canceled. I saw no logic in that response considering the item was right I front of us. They would have kept arguing if it was not for the manager coming up. I had to charge my card twice for an order that I had already purchased online. I felt the situation was handled very poorly and without any professionalism. I will never shop at the Frankfort...

I was on the last day of $40 Kohl’s cash certificate. I found an Adidas shirt that I really liked but was not my size. I then proceeded to go to 3 other stores looking for this shirt in my area. On my 3rd (I wish I got the female associate name in mens sportswear Orland Park ,IL) store. She looked up the sku and saw they had one available but she look high and low and could not find it. She recommended I try the Frankfort, IL store as they showed one available in my size. She also recommended I call and see if they could find it before I traveled to the store. I did and got Jackie in mens sportswear. Jackie was professional and searched and found the very shirt I was looking for. I told the manager of the store about Jackie’s service and how she helped me. The manager recommended I complete the survey. I normally don’t write a review like this, but when you get great service, I feel you should acknowledge it. Kohl’s on Rt 30 in Frankfort is a nice location for this popular retail chain. I have been to this store many times and have always found it extremely clean, well organized & stocked. Kohl’s has great sales and promo’s, coupons for those who hold their credit card. You can save oodles if you utilize their perks with the credit card. I enjoy purchasing towels, home decor and summer clothing at Kohl’s. They have an impressive shoe selection as well as baby/toddler wear. This location is on 1 floor as opposed to Orland Park IL which I like. One downside of Kohl’s is the need for assistance other than at the checkout counter. Try to find anyone for help is near to none unfortunately. I would recommend Frankforts Kohl’s location for cleanliness and good store...
