Had the most horrible experience with mattress warranty and delivery. My king mattress from Bobs is 3 years old and in my whole life I’ve never seen a mattress sag this much. Over 2.5in in sagging according to Bob’s technician. Long story short: I called bobs and was told I had warranty on my mattress, scheduled a day to have a technician come and inspect it, the technician ended up going to a different town and couldn’t make it to the correct address on that day (day 1 lost), I had to call and reschedule , technician did come on that rescheduled day, measured mattress and said it is now trash as it is sagging by more than 2.5inches. Spoke to customer service who at this point tells me I have no warranty, I had to speak with multiple supervisors to finally have them agree I had warranty(day 2 staying home for this). Went and chose another mattress, paid the difference, scheduled delivery, stayed home to receive it and got a call saying mattress went to the wrong address at a different town again. Tried hard to have them still come that day. No luck(day 3 lost). Rescheduled for today, they came at the correct address but refused to drive down my driveway or to carry mattress inside (YES I paid for “white glove” delivery) claiming there was more than 1 inch of snow on my driveway. Meanwhile trucks have been in and out of my driveway today delivering things. I have been sleeping with my infant on the saggy mattress, which is a suffocation hazard, Bobs has been aware, third party delivery company’s drivers have been aware this is a health issue both for my back and for my infant. Read moreHorrible experience that just keeps continuing. I have used Bob's for many years but now they just can't seem to get it right. I had a mattress that was extremely plush to the point it did not support at all and couldn't sit on edge or would fall on floor. I was able to pick another and spent 90 minutes selecting prefect one. The salesman knew which one and that we wanted Plush version, as we told him this repeatedly. Our receipt did not specify firm/plush/dual. We received new one and they took old one, only to realize immediately on first sit that it was not what we ordered and was very firm version. It was so hard, the floor is softer! We were unable to sleep in our bed for 4 days. I am 8 months pregnant and it made my bones pop every time I got up. They finally arrive today after hours on phone, 4 days later with correct mattress. However as soon as delivery driver opened he said its damaged and I should not accept this. The representative on the phone said If I took I would not be getting another as it was not damaged even though delivery driver explained it had black marks, is stained yellow in corner and slightly tore and not just a mark. I went round and round and am suppose to get plush undamaged one in 4 more days after arguing with this rep for 30 minutes on phone. This has been non stop hassle and until new one arrives I am sleeping on damaged, stained one but its beats the floor or paying for a hotel. I expected so much more than this from bobs.Very disappointed in the repeated failures. Delivery driver was great and one phone representative was great otherwise overall terrible hassle and experience. Hope the 4th time is finally right....
Read moreVery disappointed after electronic bed was set up. When purchased the complete set of protectors. Inside package with sheet protectors was NO instructions. There was a fitted sheet and a encasement sheet. So I called the customer service line. I was told first goes on fitted then the zipper full encasement sheet. When I want to put on full encasement sheet I had to put mattress in it. The matteress was very large and heavy. How can I do this myself. So I called help line again. First they told me I should put encasement sheet on first not fitted. That wasn't good. Then I said why didn't the set up people put on sheets as they can lift bed and move around. They said did you ask them. No I didn't know this encompassed such a physical act. And they do this every day I had no idea. They said they could send someone out next week. Keep in mind we paid them to take old bedding so we where stuck. So I got a couple neighbors kids to come down and help take matteress off pick it up and insert into full encasement cover. There are few people that could do this alone. This was a large mattress and 2 feet thick. Not Happy couldn't solve problem and cost me even more money. Just bought 2 months ago a king electric bed from competitor had all protective put on at set up never had to inquire. Will not return. I paid for complete service and didn't receive.
