Ignorant store owner. Will never go back to this store. My daughter was profiled even though she has bought clothes from this store in the past. They told my daughter to leave even though she wanted buy clothes and had money. This is a common occurrence where they assume teens and certain people are stealing (#profiling) 🤔. At another point in time they also raised the price of a dress on my daughter because "it was the last one!" It went from $100 to $200. 🤯 They made me feel uncomfortable there as well at another point in time. The store is very packed full of severely over-priced items. Trying to maneuver in that tiny closet of a store is a joke. You embarrassed my daughter around other customers in your store. I hope you feel good about yourself. You don't really represent good ole downtown Franklin. Good luck continuing down this path...

Awful and accusatory store owner, with a terrible unwelcoming store atmosphere!!! I had the most unbelievable experience a few days ago. I came in to look around as this was my first AND last time at this ungodly shop, and I came upon a hat I tried on my head in the mirror. After placing this hat on my head the owner stormed over, and ripped the hat from my head so hard it took out a CHUNK of my hair!!!! And she screamed in my face asking if I was planning on buying this hat!! I was in disbelief and was scared for my safety so I ran out of the shop fearing for my life!!!...
