What can we say, this place sure is Panera all right. It smells like bread and the lamps are red. Although, it has a booth we have deemed "The Pumpkin Patch" or just the "The Patch" if you're street like us. We call it that because it has pictures of pumpkins on the walls and is especially cozy. Its on the far end of the store on the other side of the wall from the soda fountain.
One of the perks about this place is that the playlist is just absolutely wild. You will hear songs here that simultaneously have millions of plays on Spotify but no one has ever heard. If you bust out Sound Hound you can walk away with some real bangers.
You can tell that the lockdowns were hard as a day old bagel on this store, because the staffing never really recovered, much like most of Cool Springs. So please be patient with the staff, they are probably overwhelmed. You can actually observe that by the swirls in their eyes, not unlike the infinite spirals of a cinnamon roll, which we recommend. Our other top picks are the orange scones and the blueberry muffins.
In summary, we love this place and we...
Read moreThe food and menu of Panera is amazing, as well as diverse; however, a little pricey, but that's the price you pay for freshness and quality ingredients. I was disappointed in the online ordering menu though. They have a pickup location, order at table (in person), and face to face in person counter order. I am surprised that Panera, doesn't give you the option of dining in by ordering it ahead of time online, like the carry out or dine in counter option so that when you arrive, you could have your meal delivered to your table of choice, without the need to give a table number, and you could choose the time the order would need to be ready, when you consult with an associate. I was told by the arrogant female manager and rude female cashier that for future, just order carryout. So, wasting fresh food that could have been saved for another customer is thrown out when I arrive, thus you would want to waste a paper bag to remove food from an order to pickup when I dine in? I like Panera, just not in Williamson County. Too pretentious, including the customers...
Read moreHORRIBLE FOOD!!!!!! NOTHING LIKE THEIR ADVERTISING!!!! Dry crumbled chicken sandwich no sauce all bread and brown Cesar salad!!!! NEVER AGAIN #refund
Patrick did honor my refund request
AWFUL!!!!! This was a complete waste of money. I ordered a large vanilla latte and got half a cup of coffee in it. Then I ordered a hot chicken buffalo sandwich that has itty-bitty pieces of shredded chicken with one piece of red onion and a teaspoon of sauce on an oversize piece of bread. Super dry no flavor. The chicken looks like they scraped the bottom of the container to put onto my sandwich that cost $9.79 and then the Caesar salad Was a joke. It was lettuce $6.19 that I could have gotten at a fast food place but probably better quality I will never ever ever go to Panera again because what they show on the TV AD is nothing like what they serve you in person.!!!!! If you're going to advertise then make sure the people who come into your store are getting exactly what your ad advertising which is freshness and quality. Epic failure and I really would like...
