Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Franklin

I walked in this morning and this nice young lady came up to me and I told her I was looking for a suit. I told her I was not sure on my size so she said she would have someone come over and measure me. I noticed a gentleman behind the counter who took his time putting on his tie and finishing his coffee before coming over to me and taking my measurements. He asked me if I had a color I was interested in I told him navy blue or black, it was for a job interview. He suggested charcoal. He had me try one jacket on and it fit nicely. He told me the price and I told him I was looking to spend a little less. He then took the jacket off me and said he did not have anything for less. I was very put off by this. Not because of the price but because he was very dismissive, like he didn’t have time for this. I then went to Joseph A. Bank and ended up spending significantly more than what the suit at Men’s Wearhouse cost. The suit also seemed much more modern and stylish than the one I tried on at Men’s Wearhouse. The woman who helped me at Joseph A. Bank was extremely helpful And I knew the suit was high-quality so I didn’t mind spending more. I recommend you avoid this place and go to Joseph A. Bank and spend a little more and get a better quality suit and much...

Unfortunately the prices were out of my budget on this specific night, but I needed to make certain his efforts were acknowledged with thee upmost respect 6/11. Edit: 7/20 ordered online and used exact measurements, for a second suit. Was definitely disappointed this trip to MW. I was promised by customer service, I would be able to refund or exchange in store with no explanation necessary, but we ended up having to pay another $100 on top of the sale price ,when original pants I has ordered were $229. Sale price of 39.99, What a false mess. I believe I deserve some sort of compansation. Total rip off. Store credit or some light on this situation would be good business but I'm sure there's some fine print there which...

One of the worst places to get a tux from. Especially for a child. They don't know how to measure correctly and claimed they just estimate the size. SERIOUSLY?! They don't do well with adults either. How do you manage to have one adult jacket sleeve longer than the other? SLOPPY! Also, with their great estimating skills, the child's tux arrives 4 sizes too small, including the shirt! It is reordered and comes in the day before the wedding and the jacket looks like a broad shouldered dress coming to his knees and the sleeves cover his hands. Then they have the audacity to tell you that it was a child's size jacket when you know it was a small adult one they grabbed to attempt to halfway tailor to a child's size 14. My daughter called and complained and she was then told they could get the right jacket the next day. The day of the wedding! That was the biggest load of BS told yet. My advice. JUST DON'T GO THERE!
