Yes, it’s an overpriced store but a little ridiculous when I bought a few jars of loveless jams for a gift and when I pulled off the price tag there was a previous cheaper price. At loveless they sell for $5 each. $6 up the street at Painted Tree. $8 is obnoxious.

Such a fun store!!! I love stopping in to browse and shop for something fun and interesting. They are true to the mercantile theme by carrying a wide range of items at different price points, just like an old time general store. Really liked this newer store in downtown Franklin. Nice gift ideas, a section for children's clothing and toys, upper end clothing, shoes, hats, leather purses and toiletries for men and women.
