ALDI — Local services in Frazer Township

Absolutely love this store, a brother company of trader Joe's which is number one on our list however we did not appreciate how we were treated at this particular location by a stock girl that clearly saw my daughter struggling to dig through an unorganized palate of La croix waters. as my daughter dug for the flavor that she wanted the unhelpful stock girl walked past her several times without offering any help. when I came to finally assist my daughter after having shopped on the other side of the store I tossed a Box and got yelled at by this employee for tossing the box aside. she was extremely rude and unhelpful and I most likely will never go back to this location as convenient as it is. People need to learn how to be more kind, especially when dealing with the public. 10/19/2020 at 7:30 PM my little boy and I stopped here to do our late grocery shopping. We saw a lady walked out of the store with her groceries. By the time I got my son out of the car, walked to the doors and it was locked. I looked at the hours by the door saying they are open until 8PM! We went back tot the car, checked on the phone and it was just 7:34 PM! We were sitting in the car and see if I misunderstood or what. I saw other 5 people walked toward the doors and had same reaction when the doors didn't open for them, every body pulled out their phone and looked at the time! Then, they looked at the hours by the door. So disappointed! If you decided to close early, at least need to have a sign to let your customers know why! I went there late because I just got off work, picked up my son, and need a quick grocery shopping! I normally like to go to the one at Lower Burrell better than...

May 2021 Sadly, things have changed here. I recently went in looking for cocktail sauce, and I was told it was a seasonal item. It's not currently available, so I asked if other stores in the area might have any stock left of the item. A female employee was very unfriendly when I asked about this. She just responded to my inquiry as if she were annoyed to be asked about it. This is a big change from traditional Aldi customer service.
