I probably give it a 5 stars but the thing is there's nobody in the house or walking around asking you if you need help today was the third time I've been in there this week looking for something but I knew for my son and I seem to couldn't find it and there's nobody to ask in the women out front we're awfully busy with their customers they need to have somebody walking around I mean just some dumb random Katie work there at least there's somebody walking around. A perfectly good store. Only reason it's a 4/5 is because the price could come down on a lot of stuff. The employees are helpful and friendly. I like that there's now a self checkout option (It makes forgetting which phone number my rewards card is under easier 😆) The selection of sewing supplies has really improved over the last few years. I would LOVE to see more clay related products. The clearance aisle is always a neat place to stop to surprise yourself with a craft item you didn't plan on getting. Will never shop at this location again. Purchased an item on Sunday found it was damaged on Monday, exchanged for a new item, got it home also damaged. Went today to exchange and while in store opened box to the new one to ensure it wasnt damaged, manager Liz came over and ignorantly asked if help was needed when explained what I was doing and why I was doing it she ignorantly replied that I cant open a box and inspect merchandise because if I decided that I didnt want it, it would have to be marked as "damaged" and returned to the manufacturer.
