Online shopping is more efficient, but going to a GOOD retail store is an experience that cannot be replicated online. This GameStop IS an experience thanks to the leadership present there. The managers Chip and Brenden are PHENOMENAL workers.
Retail workers endure so much abuse; it is a shame that this is as common as it is. I have seen these two handle the most unpleasant/mean spirited customers with grace. These managers are brilliant, strong, compassionate, and inspiring individuals; visiting this store is an experience I look forward to.
These two managers have immense product knowledge and will investigate what they do not know. Want to play a new video game, but not sure of where to start? Ask these employees! They will listen to your preferences and present a variety of potential candidates for you to bring home!

Additionally, I was in there a few months ago and employees were talking poorly about a customer who was still in the store shopping! I wasn't going to say anything because it felt petty, but now everyone should know how far this location has fallen. It's not the same. Some of the newer people here are actual jerks.
