Five Guys — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

edit: 1 star experience tonight. guy at the counter was cheerful and helpful, but thats where the good run ends. apparently, asking for no onions and no mushrooms isnt an effective way to get them not to put them on your burger. 2 burgers ruined (20$). it clearly states on the ticket, no mushrooms, no onions. This happened as one of the employees was having a not so pleasant conversation with a delivery driver about making exactly what was on the ticket; well apparently they just make whatever they want regardless of what is on the ticket. If this was a dine in order, we could have remedied this at the restaurant; unfortunately, this was a to go order.

Five guys used to be the only burger joint i would consider; but this was a while back, 3 or 4 price increases ago. At eight + dollars a burger, even if made to order, they really need to make themselves stand out; sadly, i dont think that they do anymore. It could be that the power of my dollar has declined to the point where a 4 dollar burger is now 8+ and five dollars of fries equates to a handful, i really only go here now if i am in a pinch for time or...

The worst burger ever, I’ve been eating at 5 guys since their beginning years in northern Va I even worked at the king st and Beauregard location. On 2-10-24 at around 8:30 pm, my family and I went to the Fredericksburg location in Central Park to have dinner, the young lady behind the register had one of the worst attitudes, made me feel like she was doing me a favor with her presence, we ordered 5 burgers all came poorly wrapped, very bland and the meat had a weird taste, we asked for the fries to be well done, but instead were undercooked. Save your money and go to an establishment that appreciates your business and can make a descent burger. This was the PERFECT customer service after a long, complicated, hot and humid day! Any parent out there knows a long summer day is great with children but by days end, you’re whipped! Beginning with the most warm greeting from Demetrius and sweetest Leslie taking our order to the care they each took to help entertain my children (6 & 3), the acts of kindness didn’t go unnoticed!
