I’ve had several pieces of jewelry repaired at Segner and they do a wonderful job! Over the years my wedding set had become worn and at risk for losing some of its diamonds. Jennifer and Segner’s help me Design an and at risk for losing some of its diamonds. I went to Segner and it turned out absolutely beautiful. It is definitely a statement piece. Thank you Jennifer you did a great job. Recently we went in to purchase a necklace for an anniversary gift. They were very helpful especially in the fact that I needed another loop in the necklace in order to make it shorter. They were very accommodating! I would highly recommend buying your loved one a gift or having your jewelry repaired at Segner Jewelry! My husband and I stopped at Segners Fredericksburg to purchase my 10-year anniversary band. Within seconds we were greeted with the most friendly person, Gigi who helped me each step of the way. While we were there we ordered for my current ring and band removed, resized, and a diamond replaced, which would come in later. The service was top notch! We were in town from about 5 hours away celebrating our anniversary and although there was a slight miscommunication, Segners made it right by delivering my repaired rings to me at my work, 5 hours away once they were ready. Moved here from SA a few years ago, and was always spoiled by having a great jeweler, but Segner’s has been AWESOME! I’ve taken them watches to have the battery replaced and they were always very prompt w doing them while I waited, and I recently took my wedding band in for repairs because one of my stones had become loose. Was told 10-14 days at drop off, but surprisingly, they called today, just 3 days since I had dropped it off, and they did a beautiful job getting it taken care of for me!
