AMAZING experience! My fiancé and I bought our original engagement ring and wedding band from Patti and it was beautiful. As time went on we decided we wanted to upgrade the stone and have a custom setting made. We had such a great experience with Patti the first time that our first thought was “let’s go see Patti.” Being a customer of her’s in the past, she had already known that I’m extremely particular and very precise in what I want. Patti was up for the challenge. We wanted to upgrade my round stone set in white gold, to a larger cushion cut in a different style platinum setting. The size stone that I wanted was not carried in the store, so Patti and Robert took quite a bit of time searching for the perfect stone, all while showing us our options along the way. Once we picked the perfect stone, we began to explain our vision for the settings. Patti and Robert were so patient showing us different rings from different cases so that our vision was understood 100%. I was EXTREMELY precise on how I wanted the side stones and band stones to appear and the width of the prongs in between each stone. When the first diagram came in, Patti and Robert noticed immediately that the prongs were not exactly what I was looking for and knew there needed to be an adjustment. I was blown away that they knew what my vision truly was and the feeling that they “get me” was awesome! It was such a reassuring feeling that my fiancé and I, Patti and Robert were all on the same page. The process of my ring was in the perfect hands! Throughout the whole process, Patti kept in touch with us every step of the way. She’s so super sweet, there was even a time with my work schedule I could only come in on her day off. She actually came into the store on her day off to meet with us so that the process didn’t get held up. I could not believe it. Talk about going above and beyond! It was so heartwarming to know that our ring was just as important to Patti! The process was extremely smooth, in a reasonable about a time, but most of all thanks to Patti and Robert it was a lot of fun! When Patti reached out to me for the date that the ring would be ready, I was a little disappointed because that was the same day we were leaving for a two week vacation. Without hesitation Patti said, give me some time and let me see what I can do. Well, she pulled off a miracle because she got us the ring FIVE days before vacation!! We were ecstatic! On the day we went into Jared to pick up the ring, all the employees were telling us “wait till you see it, it’s beautiful, it’s gorgeous.” Patti eagerly gave me the ring box, and when I opened it, I was speechless! I started to cry and so did Patti! The smile on my fiancé’s and Robert’s face was priceless! There was so much thought and emotion put into this wedding set by the four of us, that by the end of the process, we truly felt like Patti and Robert are family. The commitment that Patti and Robert made to us to create our dream ring means the world to us. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and turned out to be more than we could have ever imagined. Within a month of having the ring people stop me constantly, complementing me about it and believe it or not it’s mostly from men and the first question is always “You had to have had that custom-made?” “Did he get that custom made?” “A ring like that is definitely custom!” My response… we did!… We went...
Read moreHorrible experience starting from the beginning I purchased a $850 ring. They sized it for my GF and they sized it wrong, so I had to make a trip back. I was then told to come back the next day to pick up the ring and the ring was not ready. Came back again and picked up the ring. One week later the main stone fell out, luckily we found the stone because they do not cover precious stones besides diamonds. We got that fixed and once we got the ring back I could tell exactly which prong was fixed because 3 of them were straight and one was lumpy and crooked. I brought this to the sales lady and was assured it was because they reinforced it and that is why it looked different. I left and was skeptical but what do I know. Then, the main stone fell out once again and a handfull of diamonds that were on the band. I returned it again only to be talked down to and ignored by the sales women. The same lady that rudely ignored us preceded to tell us how it is obviously our fault and had nothing to do with the craftsmanship. Even though we knew it was the same prong that broke because of their horrible repair. After notifying the manager of how we were treated they had us deal directly with them and they ordered a new ring just in case I was unhappy with the repair. I went to pick them up and although I wanted to keep the old one, you can clearly see the same flaw in the repair. Additionally, now the stone wasnt even fastened straight and was wobbly. After showing the manager I asked him if he saw the flaws and he agreed and told us to take the new one. I took the new ring unhappy losing the sentimental value of the ring and the new ring having a slightly different coloring of the saphire. Two weeks later I was back again, this time the diamonds on the band were falling out. I informed the manager and had them repaired. I came back to pickup the ring only to see they were now raised above the rest of the diamonds. The manager now again suggested us to get another ring. They ordered it so I was inconvienced for another 2 weeks. I then made another trip to Jared where now not only was there a giant flaw that made the stone look like it was cracked in half, but the sides were sharp and irritated my gf's finger which we knew was not right because we had 3 rings prior. The manager said there was no more rings readily available, but they will search around and call us back in a week two weeks max. A month later we called them and the manager was not available and we left a message. They still never got it touch with us a week later so we called again and still no response. After over a month of no contact and me personally refusing to have to return to that store once again I called corporate. They were shock at how poorly ran this particular Jared location operated and informed us they were notifying the manager to refund us our money and if he did not approve it we would have to go on through more steps and headaches. The manager luckily approved the return, because they realized not only do they have horrible craftsmanship but they also have horrible customer service. After all of this chaos my girlfriend was happy this nightmare was just over. Never compensated for all the time lost traveling back and forth to be rudely talked down to. Read moreAmazing!!! It was our very first time going to Jared and it was the best decision we could have made. We went in to get an idea for an engagement ring. We were greeted by Patti who was an absolute sweetheart and total pleasure to work with. Being very “picky” about what I wanted, Patti picked up on that right away knowing I was very “specific” and catered to exactly what I was interested in. She was very attentive to what I did and did NOT want and made sure to lead us in the right direction. Once She showed us a ring that caught my eye, She gave us many options both size and price wise all while being respectful of us and giving us space now and then to talk things over as a couple. Patti was patient, truly listened to what we wanted and made us feel very comfortable with no pressure at all. After deciding on a ring, I wanted a specific stone and size. Without question, Patti consulted with Chris who also was just the sweetest, did some research, and ordered some options for us expressing there was no obligation at all, just a start to see what suits us best. We were so beyond happy with the exceptional service from Patti and Chris, we ordered the engagement ring and purchased my matching wedding band. On our second visit, the engagement ring was flawless! The stones for the center were beautiful but we still wanted something a little different. Patti went right to work and ordered two more without question. We told Patti in the meantime, we had seen a gorgeous men’s wedding band on the Jared website we wanted to see but it wasn’t on hand. She ordered it for us with no problem. I also mentioned a Bulova watch I saw online, she showed it to me and that beauty came home with us! ☺️ On our third visit, we fell in love with the perfect stone Patti had ordered and the men’s band was even more gorgeous in person so we purchased it! While I had the stone in my ring, Chris walked by complimenting how beautiful it was and you could honesty tell he was sincere, not just trying to make the sale. That’s honestly what we loved about our experience at Jared with Patti and Chris, they were sincere and honest and truly had our best interest at heart! It felt like we had been going there for years, and now we definitely will be!! On a side note, My Boyfriend’s friend Jared is the one that introduced us and because of him we found our soulmates. Unfortunately Jared passed away. So for us, having these rings come from Jared means so much more than it just being a jewelry store.
