Bought a home last year was ready to make a purchase but received the worst experience ever I would hate to say that it was because I was not dressed to impress or worse person of color but I went in with my younger brother 19 looking to see how the sound quality is on the speakers the first attendant was short and dismissive. The second was trying to get the next (don't blame her) but she was at least somewhat helpful. I've been meaning to leave a review after my exceptional experience at the Freehold Mall store. After researching Lovsac online, I went to the store for visuals and to test the cushions. Jessica helped me configure my sactional and showed me material samples. I even got to interact with Dave, and both were very knowledgeable & pleasant to talk to. The whole purchase process was smooth. A week later I stopped back in the store because I forgot the sactional configuration that I chose. Dave and Sharon were very helpful to show me more configuration so that I can take pictures. 10 /10...
