Way too overpriced. Even for reselling I went in and Labubu’s are now $130. SkullPanda was $69- 99$. Mind you the retail price is 30.99 for skull panda and 27.99 for labubu. This is crazy even for a retail reseller. Also yes I have seen other reviews state they clean out the vending machine. I am not sure how true that is but I believe it since the vending machine did have wild cutie crybaby listed but was out of stock and what do I see at the show case the same product and a ton of it. And I was here about a week ago and the wild cutie crybaby’s were not in stock at the store nor were they listed in the vending machine till this week. It’s extremely suspicious. Also yes I am not buying the whole “Our store is open at the same time as the vending machine” No you could easily send managers or other staff when they are on breaks so I don’t buy that. Don’t support this horrible price gouging company. If you want a Labubu Legit you can actually find it way cheaper on Whatnot and other resellers not saying I suggest buying from resellers but you have cheaper options than this crappy store. Employees are pleasant and friendly. However, the prices are WAY inflated. Some pop mart products like Labubu are going for $100+ and Pokemon cards going for $15-$25 PER PACK. I thought the employee was pulling my leg. Another person wrote a similar review, and the company responded with some corporate jargon about supply and distribution. They are either feeding people a load of BS or choosing the wrong distributors. I say this because maybe 30 steps from their store is a sneaker store selling the same products for $50 cheaper, and multiple others in the mall are selling for cheaper as well. The Pokemon card prices actually made me recoil from disgust. Personally I think this place is just greedy, but I would be interested in hearing some logic for these prices. I cannot even provide a star for this place. They are overpriced and the fact that my customer experience was so horrible (which I expressed my concerns), the young girl working there, could really care less. Obviously, they employ people and forget to train them how to represent the company and ensure that their consumers are happy. I would not recommend this store now or ever in the future. What a disappointment. Additionally, the only way it allows to post is for me to click on a star. That right there shows their lack of dedication to their customer base.
