Buyers Beware! Con artist (and owner) Dino, Sold me a fake Supreme Brooklyn Box Logo in the middle of summer last year! Also prices are way off and too taxed for what they should be, even if it’s their consigners shoes and prices why do they need that much help and inventory to run a business anyway? you come to question a lot of the people who work alongside with them to try and pass off fakes, first time I personally confronted the situation about my fake Supreme Brooklyn Tee, owner Dino was uninterested, assured it was real and my resources (some to have worked with stock x) were all incorrect, he says him and his entire team secured the shirts before they even hit Supreme store shelves, after going home and taking some time off to calm down and figure out how to address the situation, I messaged Dino on instagram personally (dsilv11) after waiting all day for a response and some customer service about a $500 T-Shirt, he switched his story and claimed to be number 13 in line for the store opening himself. If anyone knows anything about supreme, rarely do they have size smalls (mainly box logos) in store, let alone for sale. I knew immediately he was lying but shook my head away in intimidation of this man and his money. Evidentially this led me to go to the store, once more directly, this time talking to Ace, owner of the brand sharks, I told him the situation, how I was sold a fake, he asks where I got it from, immediately I say Sole Culture, his response is that it’s real, and proceeded to say all he can do is buy it back from me for only half of what I had bought it for, and the shirt was completely frivolous. All in all, I have kept up to date slightly with the store on there instagram, @soleculturenj, apparently they are not answering anyone’s direct messages, or taking action on fake accounts of theirs targeting whatever audience they claim to still have. Overall just seems off, better and more professional sneaker and streetwear shops are out there and i’m livid that this is the best “hype” (whatever that word even means anymore) store freehold mall has to offer....
Read moreOne of if not the worst shoe experience I have ever witnessed. Walked into the store with two younger guys that ignored me until I approached them for a sell in. Had a pair of Jordan 5 retros "White Stealth" brand new out the box that was a gift from a friend that never been worn. They took the shoe, inspected it and told me to wait a few minutes to see what the offer was from their guy they texted. Once they finally got back to me only asked if I had a price in mind and I done my research before coming in but wanted to see a ball park number so I said around 120 to be fair and they low balled me for 60!!!! I laughed in the guys face and said theres no way then he proceeds to say well you can sell them in ebay or a online shop. Im here to make a sell so i can get rid of them and not deal with the hassle of online. Long story short went to a spot in Willow Grove called Gotthemkicks and they offered 150 for the pair. $100 difference within the price range smh and to add that all the sneakers were overly priced in the store when they go retail online for way cheaper. I advise not to even bother walking or even looking this way while...
Read moreI supported this store in the beginning when they first came to Freehold. I thought the store was awesome and I spent good money with them to show my support. Unfortunately after the second or third visit, I was speaking with the owner, or I think he was the owner. All I got from this person was 100% negativity, and I felt a vibe from him as if I was beneath him. I was simply asking about a shoe and pricing and the experience immediately became horrible. I was disappointed and right away regretted that I spent all this money with them before. So because of that experience with the owner “which to me should never be negative, it should always be a positive experience”I do not do business with soleculture anymore, and I tell my friends not to go their either. Plus they are super over priced, and I have literally gotten all the stuff I need from StockX for way less so I am happy. However that the employees that work their I have never had a problem with, and they have always been nice and made me...
