Worst salon experience ever!!! Went in with blonde hair and asked for some blonde and brown highlights. I get them done all the time and the lady at my normal salon is out on maternity leave. When I left my hair was grey with yellow/orange streaks. Tony called and said it was because my hair was orange when I went it which is a huge lie. My hair was blonde. I asked for a refund and he said no because it wasn’t his fault my hair didn’t work which makes no sense because my hair always “works” at any other salon. It was my first appointment with Candace today!! I had an awesome experience. I had highlights put into my hair and then trimmed and styled! Candace explained everything she was doing to my hair and why she was doing it. She even talked about some of the new products/techniques coming out that she thought would be perfect for my hair type…one being a type of perm that can give me a beachy look all year long!! I was really comfortable with her and I will be going back to see her in a few weeks for a touch up and a trim! The price was just right to where I could afford to give her a 20% tip! ...

Tony was amazing. I asked if it was possible to work my 10yo granddaughter in for French Braids. She wanted to look beautiful were going to see Alicia Keys in Louisville,KY.
