This is literally the first time I have ever written a negative review on google! If I could give zero stars I would! My mom, my 2 year old son, and I went here for dinner. There was only a hand full of other patrons. They had 2 servers, a bar tender, and a manager who was sitting and watching the baseball game... plenty of staff. We ordered wings and the waitress said “chips ok with that?” I said “what are my options?” She said “fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings”. So we both chose fries. I ordered my son a chicken quesadilla. To start off with it was FREEZING in there, but some restaurants are so we overlooked that. We waited 45 minutes and she finally brought out my sons quesadilla. It had barely any cheese. I told her I wanted another one and also asked if our wings would be ready soon. She assured us they would be out soon. Meanwhile, over at the bar there was a couple guests who had a Chihuahua with them! That in itself was bad enough but then they proceeded to put the dog ON the bar and it walked over to the bartender and she petted it!!! We were just about to leave when FINALLY we got our food. The celery we asked for was not there. I told her to just forget it and take it off the bill. The food was decent but at this point I was too hangry to even enjoy my food. I asked for the manager. I explained the whole situation and he offered 30% off the bill. We get the bill and see that we were each charged $1.99 for our fries! I asked the waitress about this and she got an attitude and stated “it’s on the menu!!!” I said “ok whatever” She then stomps away and comes back over with the menu and shows me on the very back page the sides. I explained to her that I didn’t even look at the back because I was ordering wings... she was the one who asked what side I wanted and never mentioned an upcharge! She continued to argue with me and I just told her to forget it! I also saw that we had still been charged for the celery she didn’t even bring us! She told me she would not be able to take that off. I DO NOT...
Read moreOn Memorial Day 2016 myself and 6 friends went to legendz sports bar for some food and beer. When we walked in ~1 pm the main dining room was maybe half full and there were maybe 2-4 people at the bar. We were promptly seated and placed our drink orders.
We received our drinks and placed our food orders at 1:20. We waited and ordered another round of drinks. We continued to wait for our food orders and became more and more upset as we felt it was taking an excessively long time to some some sandwiches and wings prepared.
Our food finally arrived at 2:40. The food was sub par at best but was hot when it got to us.
I went and talked to the manager (some tool not wearing a legendz shirt but some tap out/Ed hardy fusion shirt) about the time it took us to get our food. He passed it off and did not believe that the time we had waited was not true and I was exaggerating. When I pressed him in the fact that it did take us over an hr and 15 min to get our food he said it usually take Los them 45 min to get an order out. To his credit he did say he would give us a discount for having to wait so long...
When the waitress came to give us our checks she was very apologetic and said that we shouldn't leave her a tip. When I examined my check the discount the manger said would be in my check was not there!!!!!! The fact that our waitress had to apologize and ask for us not to leave her a tip should be an embarrassment for the ownership and management for legendz sports bar and grill.
DO NOT GO TO LEGENDZ SPORTS BAR IF YOU WANT PROMPT SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD.
Legendz sports bar needs to look into their ticket times and who they hire into...
Read moreLegendz is par for any other sports bar with one exception: You cannot order chili by the bowl. I met with some classmates at Legendz to plan a class reunion. One person in our party ordered a bowl of chili(it was listed on the menu), and was told by the waitress that they were not allowed to serve chili by the bowl. We all thought she was joking. She said the menu had not been updated, but the only way to get chili was to order a chili dog. I think this is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Of course, we were all so stunned that none of us thought to try ordering a chili dog with no hot dog or bun to see if that produced chili in a bowl by default. I had the stromboli (which came with stale house chips). My friend ordered a chicken wrap and fries, but ended up with the same stale house chips. Another ordered French dressing and received ranch, and our waitress was nowhere to be seen most of the night. Legendz is nothing spectacular, but don't go there expecting to...
