Really sad, I wanted to review higher.
Usually I went because of deals, and one manager was kind to me once, and I can't afford the high end weed, so I always get the cheapest indica carts. Well, I'm disabled and I use cannabis for seizures and pain. I can't usually pick it up myself because of flares. My boyfriend is my caregiver and picks up my orders. Usually they know this but can't expect everyone to know us. Well, sometimes their system messes up, and still has my name on the order instead of his for some reason. Not a huge deal I'd think, they usually they are fine with it and know it's for me and he's there for me. Even if they couldn't get that order- my bf has no problem just buying the cheapest cart. Anyway, he goes and picks up my order. Well, one of the staff was upset at my boyfriend for not immediately telling the front person that the order had my name, not his. Well sorry, we thought it had his name. She almost wouldn't give the order and had a huge attitude. My partner was so upset he didn't say much, but said he didn't want to give back. He's never affected like that.
We go out of out way to drive to get the better deals here, but I'm just going to go to the place nearest me. It sucks because now I'll probably pay a two or three more dollars for my medicine. But I don't like anyone making my partner feel upset. I've never met a unchill budtender, but whoever that worker was, was really rude to my boyfriend all over a name. He won't even tell me what fully happened, so I'm pretty upset. I can tell he's not happy, he doesn't ever want to go back. I know it doesn't matter because we're just one customer, but this really effected us.
I'm just, really sad and...

By Darkcloud
The Banyan Tree isn’t much to look at. It’s an understated space, with an atmosphere that doesn’t overwhelm or pretend to be something it’s not. The building holds no grand allure, and the staff, while cordial, don’t linger in your thoughts once you leave. But in a way, that’s part of its charm, the simplicity of it all, leaving room for what matters: the product.
And that’s where The Banyan Tree truly excels. Their strains are a well-kept secret, offering a depth of experience that fuels creativity with a quiet intensity. For someone like me, who often finds peace in the darker recesses of thought, these products are more than just a way to unwind. They’re an invitation to dive deeper into the work, to let the pen flow more freely, and to tap into the parts of my mind that usually lie dormant.
It’s not about the frills or the service. What The Banyan Tree offers is something far more valuable—substance. The kind of quality that makes the world around you fade into the background, allowing the mind to sharpen, the words to come, and the shadows to feel more like home.
And when it comes to pricing, The Banyan Tree stands apart. Among all the options available, their prices are the most reasonable—without sacrificing quality. In a market that often feels inflated, it’s refreshing to find a place that offers such value for what’s delivered.
In a way, The Banyan Tree is a quiet ally in the creative process, offering just enough to guide you through the dark, without calling attention to itself. And that’s exactly...
Read morescammed me and FALSE ADVERTISING. First off i've had the same issue with other cart at other dispensaries like Embarc or the artist tree and I always got an exchange no problem and are way better spots speaking from experiance. I bought a weed cart that looked and tasted burnt (yes, I tried it in an attempt not to have to go back, but it tasted too burnt/bad), had unusually discolored wax, and was clearly not filled all the way to a gram like how it’s advertised on the packaging (ithad a huge bubble in it, bubbles matter in carts its not that hard to understand more air/space = less wax). When I went to take it back, there was another customer that was there for the same reason with the same exact product, and when I tried to exchange it, the workers were insanely rude talking over me, saying what I said didn't matter and said that nothing was wrong with it and that the product was in perfect shape. After I and the other customer compared out products, we both agreed that both of our products had critical defects. The worker didn't exchange mine, but they exchanged the other customer’s product. Don't know why I was...
