Miniso — Local services in Fresno

I took my little cousin there after visiting our grandma in hospice to cheer us both up.

I wanted to buy some Sanrio stuff and she wanted to look at the plushies. I ended up buying one of the hello kitty reusable grocery bags (it was so cute and I wanted it to hold my craft supplies).

After paying I walked to the plushies where my cousin was, a worker came up and asked if i planned to pay for that, and i showed him my receipt.

As i followed my cousin while she browsed he followed us around. I understand there is a lot of shoplifting in the mall, but this was very creepy especially as he was an older guy following to teenage girls around.

We left because of how creepy he was. And he chased after us demanding to see in my purse. I let him look of course, i had nothing to hide. I appreciate making sure no shoplifting occured but this is not the way to go about it.

I wqs so excited when i heard this store was opening especially since i frequent the mall. I will not be going to this store again. Miniso needs to put better policies in place to deal with these things. They should leave shoplifting to the mall security.

Very cute store filled with the latest Japanese/Korean/Asian pop culture gifts. From stickers, shirts, shoes, figurines, collectibles, gachas, plushies, and so much more. There seems to be some themed products as well.

Employees were nice and very welcoming. The aisles were very clean but one person could block an entire aisle. It is a bit tight, especially if you have a stroller or cart.

Prices are on the higher end for certain items. But, if you need to look for specific items, you could possibly find it here. From Hello Kitty to Miffy to Marvel and other brands, this is a very cute store. If you or someone you know is into this, this is THE store...

The store and everything else is great itself.

Sometimes the workers don’t know that they are going. The sticker price will say a certain price but when they ring it up it will be a dollar or two more and they won’t honor the sticker price that is on the item.

Also, for the past couple months they’ve been saying if they ran out of bags & you have the option to purchase a reusable bag/tote for $9.99. Understandable if it’s just temporary however it has been like this for a couple of months now. They probably just want you to buy their bags. Probably not the stores fault; must be management and...
