Arrived to Macys to purchase items for Mother’s Day. From the time I made it to the perfume counter I received piss poor treatment by being ignored for over 10minutes. I stood patiently while one lady continued to bag items for display. Another lady simply walked past me serval times. I then walked around, just to see if she’d help. While everyone else was greeted I received ā€œHow can I help you?ā€ in the midst of telling her she started talking to the same associate and then said ā€œoh I’m sorry. Go aheadā€ as I proceeded she quickly told me oh go down there to that corner. This particular associate MIREDLA (possibly spelt wrong) saw me and continued her conversation with customers. As I stood there not one time did she acknowledge me, tell me mam I’ll be with you shortly. She then turned her back to completely ignore me, then walked past me and didn’t say excuse me… Finally, a lady named Michelle assisted me. I didn’t catch it at the time but, she continued to offer me low prices perfume NEWS FLASH! All blacks aren’t broke, without education, nor ghetto. We too have thriving careers, beautiful families, an head full of hair, and, we know how to keep our composure as I did today. While I will not return. Please note, you signed up for a job to help all customers. Not to pick and choose what customers you decide to help. My dollars spend just as well to assist in your paycheck. I hope correction can be made and they can keep their bias to themselves during their working hours.

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with an associate named Tina in the men’s department at the checkout counter. Despite standing directly in her line, Tina repeatedly ignored me and proceeded to assist at least three other customers who arrived after I did. She then moved to the opposite side of the register to relieve another employee without acknowledging me or offering any explanation, effectively leaving me standing there as if I were invisible. When I finally spoke up to let her know that I had been next in line, she continued assisting others as though I hadn’t said a word. Multiple employees approached me to ask if I was still waiting, clearly noticing the lack of professionalism. In fact, several of them encouraged me to report the incident due to how poorly I was treated. What’s more frustrating is that when I moved to the area where Tina had relocated, another associate, Icaak, thankfully stepped in and assisted me promptly and professionally. Ironically, as I was leaving, I noticed Tina had returned to the exact spot where I had initially been waiting, once again behaving as if nothing had happened. Tina’s conduct was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. It reflected a serious lack of customer service training and basic courtesy. No customer should be treated this way. I strongly recommend that management address this issue and ensure she receives the training necessary to perform her role appropriately.

It is great to see that this Macy's location is still thriving. It's perfect location at that side of The Stonebriar mall makes it so convenient to access other areas, on that end and so much better parking than at the food court area. This Macy's is extremely large and full of the most current inventory, as you can see from some of the pics I added. For some of us who grew up with the department store culture, this Macy's has truly allowed us to keep that while also displaying the look and feel of "today". The moment you walk in, the bedding section is staged in a way that even if you don't need bedding, you are drawn in and want to at least explore it. Last Act is still a fan favorite, but it seems that much has diluted down to Macy's Backstage. Everything in this store is wonderful and you can be there for quite awhile, enjoying the experience. As a life time Toys "R" Us Kid, it was nice seeing that brand and Geoffrey take over the toy section (pic added).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Macy's on Preston Road, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was captivated by the premium ambiance and the impressive array of exquisite brands on display. Macy's on Preston Road truly caters to those seeking a high-end shopping experience.

One of the first things that struck me was the meticulously designed interior. The store boasts an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, with tasteful dƩcor, soft lighting, and a spacious layout that allows for comfortable browsing. The attention to detail is evident, and it enhances the overall shopping experience, making me feel like I had stepped into a world of luxury.

What truly sets Macy's on Preston Road apart is its impeccable selection of brands. From renowned fashion houses to emerging designers, this store offers a diverse range of options that cater to different tastes and preferences. Whether you're looking for upscale clothing, accessories, cosmetics, or home decor, you'll find an extensive collection of premium brands to choose from. I was particularly impressed by the breadth of options available, ensuring that there's something for everyone.

The customer service at Macy's on Preston Road is exemplary. The staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist you in finding the perfect item. They possess a genuine passion for the products they sell and are well-versed in the latest trends and fashion advice. It was refreshing to receive personalized attention and recommendations tailored to my preferences, making the shopping experience all the more enjoyable.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the store's commitment to keeping up with the latest fashion trends. Macy's on Preston Road consistently updates its inventory to reflect the changing seasons and styles. Whether you're looking for the newest runway looks or timeless classics, you can count on finding them here. It's evident that the store takes pride in curating a collection that reflects the current fashion landscape.

The only reason I didn't give a full five-star rating is that at times, the store can get quite busy, especially during peak hours and sale events. This can lead to slightly longer wait times at the checkout or fitting rooms. However, it's a testament to Macy's on Preston Road's popularity and the desirability of its offerings.

In conclusion, Macy's on Preston Road is a haven for those seeking a premium shopping experience. With its upscale ambiance, vast selection of high-quality brands, and excellent customer service, this store truly stands out. Whether you're looking to indulge in luxury fashion or simply appreciate the finer things in life, a visit to Macy's on Preston...

I am beyond angry at this point with Macy's. They offered a sale. I didn't solicit the sale it was offered to me and anyone else who wanted to purchase the blankets I chose. I made an order on or around July 27th the order was to arrive yhe beginning of August the order never arrived. I tracked the package which was to be delivered by Doordash. For some unfortunate qnd unforeseen circumstances even tho yhe package was literally in my town, the package was returned to Macy's I called Doordash via the tracking number to retrieve this information. I called Macy's a day or two later and according to the AI system, a new package was being packaged and resent. I was to receive the package on August 4th NO PACKAGE. I contacted Macy's today. The chat told me I have to cancel qnd reorder. I was hesitant because the price was now almost double. The chat assist assured me they would adjust the price they told me to put yhe blankets into a cart and refresh the order. I did so no less than 8 TIMES. The sale price was not showing up. The assistant had to create the order themselves qnd then have me fill out the billing info. I did just that. We placed the order and success!!! We are back on track! However, my refund is not available for at least 10 days. I guess no issue there. Fast forward a couple of hours later.. I see a text from Macy's. Did you order these blankets, you have 10 min to respond or order will be canceled. As I said earlier, I was traveling!!! No, I dod not see this until almost 2 hours later. My order has been canceled and I am wondering of it's another 10 days before I get a refund. I have no idea what kind of game Macy's is playing but this is ridiculous!! I am upset qnd disappointed beyond belief!! I wanted those blankets qnd felt very special and fortunate to find them at that price. I was singing Macy's praises only to be completely dismayed qnd disappointed. I will no longer be a thorn in the side of Macy's. I will not stop there as I do not know if I will get the items I order. This was my experience and I pray none of you experience the same treatment as I did with these blankets that I was so excited and felt so fortunate to be getting. I will now be searching in another direction and will not bother Macy's...

This review is specifically for the FURNITURE DEPT. I purchased a sofa sectional from Macy's July 8, 2017(pls keep that date in mind). I was told after my purchase and "white glove delivery" $200 fee was paid that they only deliver to my area once a month. So although I just paid over $2000 for a product I won't see it until August 8th. Once my sofa sectional arrives my so called white glove delivery service is anything but exemplary. Definitely not worth the $200 Dee charges and when I voiced my concerns still have yet to hear anything back on that. The sectional is delivered but there is a manufacturer defect in the sofa so it needs to be replaced with another one. So I sit here with a brand new defective sofa sectional for yet another month, new delivery rescheduled for Sept. 7th. Macy's calls a week, 2 days and 24 hrs in advance to confirm new delivery only to find out in less than 24hrs to delivery that all of my sectional pieces have not come into the warehouse so the options I was given is 1. Have a partial couch delivered or 2. Wait yet another month to have a couch I purchased in JULY to hopefully be delivered in OCTOBER. To add insult to injury my experience with the sales person, delivery customer service and Macy customer service has been dreadful. My salesperson ID.71952029 was only concern with her sale and if I wasn't buying anything else she had no interest or time in how this process was working out for her customer. The customer service level for Macy's is non-existent and all I had received for all my wasted time, inconvenience and frustration is what sounds like a simple shoulder shrug and "I'm sorry". But no apology can help the fact that I'm sitting here writing this review on a defective sectional sofa and the new sectional I actually purchased 2 months ago has still yet to be delivered to my home. The only person that is sorry in this situation is ME for thinking Macy's held there service to a higher standard. I actually wish I could...
