Lovesac — Local services in Frisco

Owned our sactional, 2 seat sets and a wedge, for about 2 years now. Ordered it in store with the lovesoft (half down half foam fill) order process was a breeze, picked the tweed. It's been a great set but there were some imperfections and design changes to the materials since we purchased them that have improved the weak points(poor stitches etc) we have had a few pieces replaced under warranty, the warranty service is amazing. The sactional is comfortable. It can be arranged in a variety of ways. I love the deep seat arrangements but unfortunately I also like the wedge and that does not accommodate a deep seat. As far as set up, it takes a bit of time. In a couple hours your seats will be in place and ready to go. If you are a small person you may need a second set of hands to make it go smoothly. The overall look is nice. Comparable to most couches. Yes the price is fairly steep, it's 500 to 1000 for just a seat set so your couch can climb in price quickly. But the functionality durability and warranty coverage make it worth it's weight. You can literally adapt this to any room and grow with it. As long as lovesac remains (I have little doubt) then you will be able to hand this down for generations. The clip in system is durable. I can't vouch for kids jumping on it or heavier people (I'm about 180 and the other half 110) but I can't see it wearing out at double my weight. Long story short. Great couch. I purchased my first LoveSac back in the first week of January and we got it less then a week, we thought it might have been to large so we swapped it for the smaller one, which again came in less then a week. We felt like we were sitting on the floor in that one so we called and the LoveSac agent said he would put the order in to go back to the larger one. After two weeks of not getting any kind of shipped email or confirmation I called back and the agent told me the previous agent just refunded my order and didn’t perform the swap. Fast forward, we placed an order on March 3rd and paid for it in full and were told it would be 4-6 weeks cause of a supply chain issue. After week 6 came and went I contacted customer service which told me it would be an additional 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks came and went and I contacted them again to which they again said 2 weeks more. A week into that 2 weeks we received an email saying we should expect to get it in mid to late May. I called again and they basically said tough luck you can either cancel or wait. The customer service throughout this whole experience has been less than acceptable. I don’t understand how you could have a tough luck attitude after taking someone’s money and tell them 4-6 weeks and then I don’t get it till 11 weeks later. I really wanted to let you know the Showroom Manager at your Stonebriar store, Candice, did an excellent job with my wife and I today and helped answer all our questions.

We originally went into the store only to purchase some new covers for a couple of our seats and had questions about the new power plug coming this fall. We ended up leaving with two new seats, the covers we wanted, two new pillows with covers, and our questions answered.

Candice helped by giving me a real sense of listening to our concerns, specially the price of the plug. Personally, I believe it's going to be way over priced at about $200. Without knowing all your costs, I really don't see it selling for more than $69 or possibly $74 ... regardless, it's simply an over priced extension-cord.

Candice also heard me when I was asking about custom sized seat cushion covers, when merging two or more seats together.

Examples: a 2x long would work on the cushions for 2 bases connected along the long edge and a 2x short would work on the cushions for 2 bases connected along their short edge. This could continue with 3x long and 3x short works with 3 bases.

Lastly, I just wanted to ensure the amount of help, information, customer rappore, and just her overall personality made our shopping experience extremely pleasant.
