Save your money and go elsewhere. The good reviews must be fake because my wife and I had a terrible experience here. They started us off with a foot rinse, like any typical Thai massage, but they did not bother testing the water temp before asking us to put our feet in. The water was SCORCHING hot. Already a bad sign and shows lack of experience and care. They adjusted the water to room temp, so it wasn’t warm enough. They were able to eventually get it right. However, they did not bother using the scrubbing salt was right there next to them. Why?! The foot rinse felt very rushed and not enjoyable. Next we moved to the couples massage room, where we were told the masseuse would knock to see if we were ready. Instead the masseuse knocked and opened the door without asking us if we were ready. My wife was topless still and I hadn’t even gotten onto the massage table. It’s not like we were taking our sweet time to get undressed either. It was really awkward. When we got to the massage, there was no technique, just random rubbing and slathering of the oil. Everything just felt awkward and uncomfortable. It was pretty obvious they had no experience. My wife had her arm stepped on and she let out a loud Yelp. In the beginning they ask you what you want to focus on. I tell them back and feet, but my feet barely received any attention! Trust me we are not normally dramatic people. After the session was completed the masseuses had the audacity to stand there stalking us at the reception area, expecting some kind of tip for such a horrible job. We voiced our displeasure to the person who was closing us out, however all they offered was $20 our next visit! GUYS PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!! The massage was worth no more than $30, but they charge $75 per 60 mins!! Run and go...

This was my first experience with a Thai massage and I have to say that I was absolutely thrilled. My wife and I had a rough month with selling a house/buying a house/packing/moving across country/settling into the new house while working and handling our 2.5yr old "NO!" tyrant so we were in need of some type of some serious relaxation. My wife was the first to book her massage and after she returned raving about Anusa and how amazing she was I had to book one for myself. I picked the #3 Modern Signature Deluxe (Massage, Hot Oil, and Stone) option and from the moment I walked in the door the friendly people at MTS&B made me feel welcome and ready to relax. The atmosphere is generally calming, like any massage place should be, and the team was exceptionally attentive. I happen to be one of those people whom are chatty in massage rooms but Anusa had no issues cracking jokes with me and idly discussing any series of random things that popped in my head while she expertly worked my tubby-self through a series of stretches or while rubbing me down with hot stones and oils. I'm very upset at this time, I had a scheduled appointment for 2 and booked in advance by phone, so when I get off work I could go straight there. I was looking forward to coming, but they had canceled my appointment without my knowledge or permission and rebooked with someone else because according the their policy (which was not told to me), I only had 20 minutes to confirm my appointment. They sent me a text not even an hour before my appointment, I get off work, respond my confirmation (29 minutes after they barely sent their confirmation text) and 21 minutes before my arrival for my scheduled appointment. I was already driving there when I found out through text, "sorry we have canceled your appointment already" and now EVERYONE/EVERYWHERE is booked and I can no longer gain a massage service that I had planned in advance. I spoke with an individual, but there was nothing they could do, but give an additional $5 off my next appointment for the inconvenience.
