Had a girls day with my bestie and decided to book an appointment with Vivian Head Spa for the Floral Purification & Balance Treatment service. From the time we walked in and the time we walked out, we had top notch experience and felt amazing and relaxed the entire time!

We’ve been to several different head spas around Frisco and Vivian’s Head Spa has taken the top place! As part of the service we selected, we had to change into a gown they provided with some slides to put on.

After changing, we’re taken to a room to take some pictures of our scalps to analyze its condition. My head specifically had some oil build up, dryness, dandruff and redness from being itchy lately. I had switched shampoo/conditioner brands 3-4 weeks ago from one that I originally used for months and it seemed to be the cause of my problems I didn’t have before. Luckily, the service I had selected was actually the one they recommended after looking at my scalp and pictures. It was pretty interesting seeing the pictures and how the software analyzed the different problem areas so that you know what to look for next time.

Once the scalp analysis was completed, we headed over to the main area where the head spa was taken place. This was the best part b/c we were just relaxed the entire time! Everything just felt so good from head to toe!!! After the main part of the service was completed, we headed back to the room where we had our scalps analyzed and had our hair blow dried.

Once our hair was dry, they showed us the results afterwards to make sure our heads were squeaky clean! You can really see the difference at this point! My scalp was pretty clean but you can still see the dryness and some dandruff left. It looks to be the shampoo/conditioner I’ve been using is definitely drying out my head. They had added some sort of spray to my scalp afterwards to help soothe and hydrate it which felt so good too! After everything was complete, our heads felt so light and hair is so soft!

All in all, we had an amazing experience!! We can’t wait to come back with some more friends!! We’ll definitely be back to try some...

The red light bathed my body in warmth, a luminous energy that felt less clinical and more akin to basking in a dawn that belonged only to me. Muscles uncoiled. Tension dissolved. A sense of renewal quietly took root.

A particular note of gratitude belongs to Julian, my masseuse, who was more than a practitioner—he was an artist of pressure release. His hands seemed to intuit where the body holds its burdens, applying just the right measure of strength and grace to invite them to let go. His work carried the wisdom of ancient technique, as though guided by traditions passed through centuries.

Talk about a squeaky clean scalp! And that girl worked some serious knots out of my shoulders!

Full honest review Edit- Ok I want to make sure the business knows that the place is very cute and the staff is very friendly but if you are black or white with textured hair they have no ideal how to deal with textured hair. I feel bad and at check out they have you scan to leave a google review right then and there so I left a quick one. But I came here bc of the 5 stars. I also never want to hurt a business but I don’t want anyone with hair like mine to end up the same. My daughter came and her experience was wonderful she has long straight hair. I have very curly hair. My scalp is squeaky clean but my hair itself feels very dry almost stripped clean. I left with an actual afro bc they dont know how to deal with textured hair. She suggested in a very nice way I get a japanese straight. She was intense in her scrubbing but I thought she had to to get it clean. Today I woke up with tender painful upper back. I thought her being intense yesterday was maybe a good thing bc it would work out knots but I am in so much pain. It was not a relaxing experience for me. My daughter had a much gentler lady so her experience was better. I did this service to relax and feel better but I am feeling quite the opposite.
