Good things :Had lots of stuff I didn’t expect to see there like such variety of hair/skin care brands they also carry all the popular/tending ones too , which was nice. Bad things: it was 11:30am and the music was as loud as rave music , I thought I was in the club, too early for music that loud. Also some of the blind boxes weren’t placed in front of their display so I got kinda of confused and has to search around for the right ones. Rewards system is kinda of pointless? Spend 100$ get 1$ reward? lol not really worth it imo. Another thing that was kind of disappointing was the claw machines you can tell that the claws couldn’t hold the weight of the actual plushy, so it was kind of hard to actually win something. You would probably have to wait until more people tried it to get the plushy in a looser position to where you could push one in to the hole rather than trying to pick it up. Horrible customer service, especially to the elderly. The staff was very rude, even though the store close at 9pm but 15 min. before that, the store was still open… My mom just follow me to come inside this new location to check out what’s news here, but unfortunately the poorly attitude and customer service skill really made me mad and left the store immediately. One of the Staff was try to taking a bag of snack out my mother’s hand and told her to leave the store because they’re about to close, they even try to stop us walking around the store, but the point is they only treat the Asian customers with that attitude, while there is other “American” still able to look around the store… Teso Life is one of the popular Asian’s store, but Asian customer weren’t welcome here, why should we come back?
