Absolutely terrible manager! Please avoid this restaurant at all costs if you value good customer service. I'm still in disbelief! We ordered around $170 worth of food. Our only mistake was sharing a few sips from my refillable cup with my friend. That's it! The manager overreacted, making a huge scene, even though I apologized and offered to pay for the additional drinks. We ended up paying for three extra drinks. I have the receipt to prove it. * Yet, he still called the police on us! * The police officer was literally laughing when we explained why the manager called the authorities. Let me elaborate to make it clear that I'm not just biased against him. We were a group of six. Initially, we had a friendly guy at the counter who offered suggestions and helped us navigate the menu since we're not familiar with Thai food. However, the manager suddenly took over, removed the friendly staff member, and behaved erratically, as if he was drunk (though I'm not saying he was drunk). He refused to offer suggestions. When we asked like what manu is popular here, or what should we order, he said every time that thats our own choice. The waiter served our food quickly and then disappeared for the rest of our meal. He went out of the restaurant. The manager literally reminded us three times that the waiter was gone and that we should leave a tip on the counter for him if we wanted to. OMG!! It was as if it was a crime to start eating without giving a tip!
When the manager noticed us sharing drinks from the refillable cup, he became rude and confrontational, saying it was against their store policy. I apologized and offered to pay for it, but one of my friends protested slightly, feeling humiliated by the manager's behavior. We paid for the additional drink, didn't finish our food, and were ready to leave. However, I wanted to report his behavior, so I asked for his name. He refused to provide any information about himself or his superiors, repeatedly stating that he was the manager and the only one we could talk to. Then I tried to take a photo of him for our reference. He immediately called 911. He showed no respect or value for customers. This is not the kind of manager any restaurant would want!...

Original review 2023: Pretty good Thai food. Pretty similar to lots of places, nothing that stands out but thats not necessarily a bad thing.
The spicy level seems to be pretty drastically different depending on who's in the kitchen though. Once I went and got a dish with level 2 spicy and it was not noticeable at all. Did they forget to add? I'll level know. Another time with same level it actually had a kick, which I loved and a level 4 with same order was definitely SPICY which was great for the intended eater 😅
I like getting their Thai tea here which is pretty conventional for ToGo orders cause it comes in a screw top bottle, easier to carry around than boba with straw if you need that kind of portability.
Overall, I'd come again considering I've been multiple times already! Not too many complaints with the dishes I've had. My only nitpick is they don't add Thai basil to the dishes which...
Read moreReminds me of my dad's cooking! We ordered the som tom (3), green curry (2), pad kra pow (3) and pad see ew. Level 2 for my husband, level 3 for me. The spicy level is what you expect from Thai food, it was perfect. Everything was fresh!! The taste is authentic. The portions were perfect (didn't feel unsatisfied, didn't feel like a waste).
I've ordered from them via door dash before and remember the pad Thai and pad see ew being decent, but we decided to try it again but pick it up ourselves this time. The portions before left us hungry so they must have adjusted.
Definitely a winner in my book and my new favorite. The many other Thai places around never excited me. Literally everything we had this time was top notch!
To the other reviewer who say the pad Thai noodles were different than what they're used to, well, noodles come in all sizes. I actually prefer the thin ones and use similar ones when I cook at home.
Can't wait to try this restaurant again soon!
