I typically don’t write reviews for places but I just had to write one for this experience. Today I was waiting in line waiting to get my usually bread and coffee and Hannah K has always been a wonderful worker. As I was waiting to get my order there was a rude lady in front of me who kept yelling if she could pay while it was obvious Hannah K was preoccupied doing another task first. It seemed to have a gotten a little chaotic and like always Hannah approached to help us. The lady ended up leaving with nothing in her hands and rudely yells at her that she “never took her order” which I would completely disagree. I came to write this because Hannah has always been so kind and always greets me with a smile on her face. As a former worker at a different bakery, I know what it’s like to work at a job like this. It can be hectic and hard but Hannah always has a positive attitude! She has the best costumer service and I felt sorry to what happened...
Read moreI experienced the upmost professional customer service today by the staff here, especially by the girl named hannah k. I saw her experience a difficult customer today and the customer was just giving hannah a hard time but hannah was giving the customer all of her options and the customer was just not having it. Props to hannah for handling the situation so well and professionally! I have worked in this type of environment before and understand how chaotic it can be, and it seemed like the store was also understaffed as everyone on the team was running like crazy. Read moreFirst thing is the food safety issue. These pics are what I found in this store. A big fly is on bread and no employees here noticed. I saw some customers are trying to grab that bread and I stopped them. That is sooo ridiculous!!! Secondly, the attitude of cashier. One of cashier who is a guy is always indifferent. He seems doesn’t care about his job. He never showed his passion to customers, like never say thank you, good bye. My personal experience: I was waiting for the cashier for five mins on check out table and he had five to six customers wait there though he already saw us.
Apparently I will turn to SweetHut for my breakfast, though it takes more driving. I hope the owner of this place can see my post and pay more attention on its food...
