I wish i could do 0 stars honestly. Lets start On november 2nd 2024 i bought a ring, got the warranty because it was an anniversary gift. I payed $100 for this purchase, i was NOT given a receipt nor my information was put in the system (employee failed to ask me) on November 16th one of the stones falls and I go to the store hoping they can help me. I was greeted by a pretty tall african american girl (didnt have her tag so i dont know her name) i explain the situation and she says with no information theres nothing they can do, and i ask if I give them my card is there a way they can run it and see that a purchase was made. She asked a ginger short girl and they said no. I asked “is there really nothing you can do, specially since it was YOUR employee that messed up?” She said no and of i didnt have anything else i needed help with she showed me the door behind me. I left very sad but i decided to go back in because I payed too much money for stones to fall off my jewelry in two weeks. I was greeted by Sahar, sweetest lady they could have in that store, she calmed me down and helped me understand that after talking to what it appears to be the manager (ginger girl) she cant do much about it because she could lose her job. And told me to go to customer service. Ive been a customer for over 10 years i only wear pandora, i literally wear pieces that had been out of the market for many years because of how much i love the jewelry. Its just sad i payed so much money and its lost because one of your employees failed to do her job right, which makes me think that your employees arent trained the right way, or maybe she put in her number? I dont know, i feel scammed specially since I payed for a warranty and now thanks to that employee i have a missing stone and a rink i cant use, only lasted two weeks. Im beyond furious at this encounter at this store, never met any employee as rude as them. I will thank Sahar for helping me. And also if you are going to respond to this (the store) please send a general manager because this is out of control and im not trying to have...
Read moreI went to Pandora in Stonebriar Center on 7/17 at 1728 pm with my best friend and it was the worst experience we ever had. We went there to purchase best friend charms as well as a travel themed charms because we love to travel. The were several customers I'm the store however, the store was well staffed to meet this demand. My best friend and I had been looking around the store for some time and no one asked if we need help. In fact, she had to go over to where the staff was standing and ask if they could help us.
Maria G was the salesperson who helped us and boy did she make us feel rushed. My best friend and I had selected 4 charms between the two of us and as we were looking at other charms to purchase, Maria would ask "are you ready to pay now?"as if we were taking too long. Since we were being rushed; we decided to pay for our choices and, I was going to use After Pay for my items but I couldn't connect to the mall Wi-Fi in order to download the card. I went outside the store to see if it would download and it didn't. I realized it was taking a long time therefore, I decided to use my bank card. When I walked back into the store to make my purchase, I could see the irritation on Maria's face.
My friend asked Maria if we could get our bracelets cleaned and she stated we had to make an appointment. I was shocked by this and I asked Maria if a courtesy cleaning could be done since me were making a purchase and she said no. I'm thinking, the whole time we were looking at charms our bracelets could have been cleaned because it takes only 5 mins. I understand this may have been store policy but a little extra customer service (especially since my best friend and I did purchase 5 charms between us and was going to purchase more) could have been extended.
Needless to say; after this experience, I will not return to this location again. In fact, I think I might stop wearing and purchasing Pandora jewelry...
Read moreI had a poor experience going there. There was a waitlist of 30 min and I put my information in and they said they would text me when it’s time. It’s been around 45 min and thought it’s been a while and I didn’t want to wait in that small place for 30 min to get help. So I walked out and back inside and I ask if I’m still on the list and they said that they called my name and didnt even text me so I wasted my time waiting to get help, so the lady says I’ll be next after one is done and apologizes…while I wait she calls two people next and I went back to her and asked if I was not next, so she apologizes again and said the same thing to me. She hands the tablet to another woman without telling her I was next, the other lady calls another person and I had to ask again if I was next after we had already talked about it, and they put me to the available worker to help me pick one charm that only took 5 min to get. So I waited another 15 min to get my name called again after I was told I would be next again. But that just wasn’t the hardest part about that day, I had my little brother and my dad with me to pick the charm and the person who helped our transaction wore an inappropriate top for such a nice place like pandora, she wore a a black tank top not even a decent blouse and God blessed her with curves and features respectfully but it was just too revealing and sure could be distracting to other people and when I would try to talk to her about the charms she wouldn’t even look directly at us but around and other things, so customer service was just poorly done. While I was waiting it was messy in there, on the tablet the lady was eating fries in front of us and a a opened dum dum left on the table, no one seemed to clean up while they had guest coming in and out. Was definitely disappointed and hope that the management really has some of there employees learn some customer service...
