Which Wich — Restaurant in Frisco

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this experience was just terrible. My husband and I ordered two sandwiches, and while we ordered one girl kept throwing bread pieces at the guy taking our order. Then two others joined in on the bread throwing. It took 15/20 minutes to get our sandwiches, which were made incorrectly, and the whole time the four staff members were just standing around and gossiping. When the finished our sandwiches, she just called the name and placed them on the counter and started gossiping again with the other girl. We tried to say thank you or anything , but her back was already turned. I think the oldest one working this shift must have been 17, and there seemed to be no sign of any leadership or manager. First ever visit to this eatery. I personally found the bag order / checkbox system a bit confusing. There were 8 main types of sandwiches w/ variations with 8 sandwich bags to then pick and choose to your specification. Good idea but flawed execution. By the time I found what I was looking for, I just changed my order at the register to one of the standard signature sandwiches (the “Italian”). The service upon our visit was good, very pleasant team working that day and they had a good system in place behind the counter all of which seemed VERY clean and fresh. She went and wiped it with a dirty towel and I saw her from the side. I asked her a second time and she lied and said that she cleaned it. I confronted her about the matter.
