I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tranquility Spa, and I can confidently say that it deserves every one of those five stars! I would give 0 stars is possible! Came into this location today 12/9/2018 (my birthday) for a massage with my husband and was told promptly to wait, which we had no problem doing. We waited for 10 mins and then another couple (white couple) walks in for the same massage and immediately gets taken back to the room and we’re told to wait another 5 minutes. I know they didn’t have an appointment because they weren’t even sure they were going to come in initially and was just looking over the services as we did prior. I told one of the employees that we were their first and another employee pointed out the same and the others were acting confused and told us to continue waiting. Massage ok, a zero for hygiene (beware sheets/towels are not changed ).They told us their payment readers were not working from two days after our massage. We did not take cash or debit card , we said we will bring the cash in an hour. They turned rude , did not even apologize for not informing about cash only payments as soon as we arrived. Demanded to leave our 1000$ worth of shopping or our drivers license at their place till we bring the cash for their fault. One of us stayed back till other could go and bring cash.
