Turnmeyers — Local services in Front Royal

Scott Turnmyer was extremely rude to me over merchandise that I ordered. He said he emailed me to let me know my order was delayed. I never received anything that advised such email. I then disputed the charge on my credit card and I emailed him to let him know since I didn’t receive my order. I explained this to him that I never received anything communication from him. I was willing to place a new order. He threatened me and said he will cancel any order I place until I remove the chargeback through my credit card and send him proof. SO HE IS saying remove the chargeback get charged for merchandise that I NEVER received and place another order and get charged again. I am highly disappointed in how he communicates with customers. I GUARANTEE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE LIKE THIS EVER! Such a shady way to run a business, and to lie to me that he sent emails about the order that I never received. 🤔 He is a very rude man. I assure you I was not trying to get something for free. Why would I want to defraud a business? Some people may, but not me.

No email was sent to me despite what he said. If I would have received an email that told me there was a delay, I would never have filed a dispute with my credit card. I was merely reaching out to let him know I never received my order. He chose not to have me place another order. His response below is Bold and untrue. That is horrible to accuse someone he doesn’t know of being a fraudulent person. This is absolutely ridiculous and disheartening. If there was a way to give a negative ⭐️ rating, he and his business would get it. He doesn’t even deserve 1 ⭐️. He continually harasses you for hours...

I learned of Turnmeyer Galleries from my better half. She kind of forced me to go to a few photography classes with her. I really didn't want to go, but now I am obsessed with photography, and now we have a hobby that we share together. Scott and Pam Turnmeyer are down to earth folks and run Turnmeyer Galleries. Scott teaches photography classes and has a vast amount of knowledge in photography and art. He teaches many aspects of photography, from composure, lighting, editing, and much more. He teaches how to use the camera's manual mode in a way that is easy to understand for anyone. Scott also holds all types of clinics, like night sky photography, Waterfalls, and much more. I had the best experience at Turnmeyers! I found them online while looking to order Nora Fleming minis for a few holidays that I needed. Placed my order of several NF minis. Within 12 hours, they emailed me because the flower mini that I ordered had a chip in it, and it was the only one left in the store. Not only did they ship the other parts of my order in time for my St. Patrick’s Day decor to be displayed, but made a special shipment to send me a new flower one once they got more in stock. Thank you, Turnmeyers for providing the kind of care to thoroughly check products before selling/shipping them, but also wonderful customer service to make sure that I got everything I ordered when I needed it.
