COACH — Local services in Frontenac

Well as much as I Love Coach I had to give them four stars 🌟. I decided to go physically into a Coach store searching for Men Coach belt.."C" buckle just for pricing. And they did have a couple literally meaning only two of that style. But the thing that was a little more disappointing is that as nice as this location was even in a high rent area if you know what I mean I was disappointed that the store had mostly merchandise geared toward only women. And my thought was I guess they don't think or consider that (men)..well We also like to shop. Online for Coach store is perfect for Men accessories but physical stores seem to have just put Men on the back burner. So I was surprised but I do hope that Coach would maybe in the future consider in your physical store we (Men) also like to shop. The store and location is flawless as far as look. This was one of the most interesting experiences I have had in a store. I walk in and get amazing help from one of the clerks (Wayle) I think. She spends about 20 Minutes hand selling me a purse for wife and mom. I am close to making a decision and another clerk comes over and completely torpedos the deal. She says “I will be taking over for her” and delegated my sales clerk to do a monogram. I was going to buy $1500 with of purses and this other lady just acts like a jerk. I was very happy with my service and just walked out because of how rude this other Clerk acted. Coach please fire this woman she is not helping your store and harming her fellow workers from...

The associates at this store are great. The first time I went in they were pretty busy, but still made the effort to make sure everyone was being assisted. They didn’t have the exact bag I wanted in stock, but they were happy to order it in the color I wanted and had it shipped to my home.
