Very rude! I made a phone call to the store on my birthday to locate an item that I have been desperately trying to find. A friend of mine told me they had it and to give them a call. Be careful purchasing Lilly Pulitzer garments/items. I had several garments that the fabric was so thin that after 1 wash there was several holes that happened.
