Extremely RUDE and disrespectful. I was attempting to do an exchange. My daughter is a size 11 and I was returning a size 10. The lady not only told me the price would be OVER DOUBLE, but also belittled me and made me feel incompetent when she said, “Yes she’s in pre school shoes are more expensive for a preschooler.” This was the white heavier set lady with tattoos. I will never be returning to this store again. I can’t believe the amount of disrespect I had to deal with for something that I thought would be an even exchange. I went here for an online return today and two young girls were working the register and one of them had the nastiest attitude for no reason at all. She was so rude and disrespectful the entire interaction. she scoffed out loud when I told her it was an affirm return and she seemed frustrated with everything I said and did and was being so nasty at one point another employee stepped in and started talking to diffuse the situation. at the end I wouldn’t even look her in the face when I took the receipt but my daughter said the girls eyeballs were bugging out and she was looking at me like she was insane. I came in to exchange my shoes for a bigger size and she let me know if they had them in stock I can get them right away or they will ship to my house if they didn't have it in stock which was fine.
