Absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Lady asks me what size t-shirt I wear, I told her. She hands me a shirt to try on to gauge the right size. I did. She asks me how it feels, I said “it’s really tight in the shoulders and arms.” She says, “oh, they all feel like that.” She immediately gave me my “size” so I tried on a shirt that was for sale and it was obnoxiously tight. No way I could have crossed my arms! I hung it up and almost ran out of there. I couldn’t wait to leave. It was so awkward. Who tells a customer it’s supposed to fit really tight? They allegedly have 50 different fits and this was as good as they could do? Bizarre. Would never recommend this...

I went to absolutely 100% buy a shirt for the evening I went. There was a sign on the door that said "Closed Monday and Tuesday for business purposes". No one was in the store. So I decided to give them another try a few weeks later...website says the store is open from 11AM to 7PM. I went after work at 6:05 and the store was once again closed. I frequent this store often!! It has become one of my favorite stores at Plaza Frontenac! Every time I frequent this location Jeffrey is always so nice, helpful, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Often times he is by himself but never displays frustration or is overwhelmed!! My shopping experience here is always top-tier! I love the quality of their products, and that combined with having Jeffrey is a win-win for...
