UPDATE: After business responded to my review, I contacted them again. They still would not warrantee the screen, but they offered a repair for cost of screen, with labor free. Although not the outcome I was looking for, at least they made an effort. Changed review from 1 star to 3 stars.
Took phone in for screen replacement. Screen not in stock, told it would take about 3 days, it took 10. Brought back for repair, work done quickly. Workers all nice. That night, while holding phone in my hand, it made a popping/cracking sound. I did not see anything. Next day I noticed a 1/2 inch cracjmk in center of screen. Called and they said warrantee does not cover cracks. After insisting, they said bring it in and we will look at it. Qorker looked and said I think it is just a scratch. Neither of us could feel a crack. Worker spent 2 minutes cleaning phone and by the time he was done crack went from upper left to lower right and you could definitely feel it. Read moreSome of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went in on a Saturday November 18th to get my husbands phone screen replaced. They didn’t have the part but the guy said they could order it on Monday and it would come in either Wednesday or the following Monday (due to Thanksgiving). We called on Wednesday to see if the part happened to come in and we were informed that it was never ordered. At that point they said they would order it and it would be in the following week. Called again on Monday the 27th and it was yet again not ordered. Then today, the 3rd, we got a call that the part came in. We dropped his phone off around 11:15 and they said it would take about two hours. We got a call at 1 saying that it would not be done until 3 or 4 o’clock. We then went back into the store around 2, we were informed that they were just starting on it and it should take about 30 minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for half an hour, my husband went back and just to be told that they didn’t feel comfortable putting the screen on. So now, we wasted our entire day for nothing. Read moreI'm only giving them to Stars because my first encounter with them everyone was very pleasant and very nice I have gotten my Galaxy S6 screen and LCD fixed by them about two and a half weeks ago. Before I left the store I also purchased a glass screen protector and upon leaving I noticed a raised bubble that looked embedded in the screen itself on the far right side. Now two weeks from getting my phone fixed from them I noticed that bubble is no longer there it is actually the screen is broken in that area and there is now a crack that continues into the phone under that "glass" screen protector.. the store is not offering to replace the screen unless I pay full price to get a new screen and then at the very end said that they would take off $25 of the full price to replace the screen. I would highly suggest that you get your phone fixed somewhere else. Broken phone off 103rd will be there is take my business and anyone I know.
