WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERā¼ļø WORST CELL PHONE SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED ā¼ļø I have enjoyed using their product (my old phone) the service has been, beyond, GREAT, however I had my first opportunity with this location the week before. There was a wait but everyone was fine; as long as I was spending money. I went back yesterday with a problem where there were no commissions involved. Noone wanted to help. The manager got involved and became very rude. She didn't even hear me out and made very insulting comments. She treated me like garbage; one week after my new phone purchase. I was furious and wanted to return my phone(which I was having multiple problems with). I was told that there would be a restocking fee; even though I was unable to use the phone, completely, in it's current state. To give you a little background; the day before I sat on the phone for two hours being bounced around between 8 or 9 people. Everyone just passes the buck. I finally grew furious and decided that I would go back to the store where I had spent several hundred dollars the week before. Surely they would take good care of me; WRONGā¼ļø The people in this location didn't even bother to say Hi, or welcome to me or other customers until 30 minutes after I arrived. They didn't speak or ask our names for at least 30 minutes. SEVERAL people walked out because they were being ignored. I stayed hoping to receive great service at some point. I was getting angry by the second though because we weren't even acknowledged. Finally, after two hours, a guy came over to help but his facial expressions and body language told me that he wasn't interested if commissions weren't involved. I will say this: the guy offered minimal assistance, wasn't really interested in helping if he wasn't making a commission, but he wasn't disrespectful. The manager came over and was rude from the start. She wasn't smiling, she looked bitter, she cut me off before I could finish, and was the worst manager I've ever met. I finally had enough and raised my voice. That's when she decided that she wasn't going to help me; after all these hours of waiting. She better be very glad that I'm a level headed person or there may have been a different outcome yesterday. You don't get to treat people horribly after they spend money with you, charge them restocking fees for defective merchandise, and refuse to service them because they get upset when you and the company treat them horriblyā¼ļø My suggestion would be to, at the very least, STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION ā¼ļø
UPDATE 11/08/2022: Let me add that the response I received from T mobile was bogus. I sent two emails and he never responded. Terrible company; mainly this location at Bellaire- Meadowbrook terrace right off Blanding boulevard and next door to Red Lobster. It's on the opposite corner of Orange Park Mall(across the street). Don't buy your device there because they will be great as long as you're spending money but treat you like garbage if/when...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could give this location 0 stars. I just had my worst T-mobile customer service experience as of Monday 8-10-2020 at this T-mobile location. I arrived at the the T-mobile store at 34 B Blanding Blvd. in Orange Park, FL to change my current phone plan from my military plan to the less expensive 55+ plan. I was denied access into the store and service because I am exempt from wearing a mask during this Covid-19 outbreak. Iām not required to wear a mask due to a respiratory disorder called Chronic Asthma which I developed while serving our country as a active duty member in the US Navy. I was exposed to unknown hazardous chemicals during The Desert Storm campaign. The manager at this location denied my request for customer service because I refused to wear a mask and he told me his mother has Asthma and can breath just fine with a mask on. Apparently the T-mobile managerās does not realize there are laws that protect people with disabilities and they cannot be forced to perform a act such as wearing a mask which diminishās oxygen flow to someone with a respiratory disease. I filled a formal complaint with T-mobile to protect others who may be denied customer service based on a disability. I am now strongly considering leaving T-mobile as my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe store, the company is just crappy. Their internet service is junk and they make it hard to cancel the service. I walk in to return the internet equipment and Iām asked for an ID. I asked the lady working the counter how else can she verify me. My phone is on me. Iām logged in to the app. Thereās a million way to verify me but she wonāt do it. She told me thereās no other way. A month ago, I came to cancel the service and they took so long to get to me that i had to leave.
Iāve been traveling and never got a chance to come back so Iāve paid for a service that I canāt even use. Can I cancel the service online? No, I must waste my time to call. So I went home, got my ID, came back. They took the equipment back without even checking my ID. So i asked the rep Jason, whoās also a manager, why he didnāt check my ID. He told me that the other rep who was helping me previously did. I informed him that she didnāt, sheās the one who refused to help me. His answer was well Iāve decided to bypass it and not check your ID.
To make this worse, he took the equipment but couldnāt cancel the service, I still have to contact T-Mobile to...
