Customer serves is a joke. I watched a older lady ask about an item that she could not find, the online the store showed that they had six in stock and she had it pulled up on her phone. The clerk radioed someone else, then told the customer that they should find this other associate in a random isle and they would help.....he gave no clear direction on who she was supposed to look for.

He then called me and I was check out. He did not wrap any of the ornaments that I purchased and did a sloppy job of bagging the items. They radiod him back about the previous customer and was she on her way, his response was that she had gold Christmas tree in her cart. He just shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes.

Once I got to my car...I realized he did not give a receipt. When I went back he looked at his printer.... laughed and said that the last customers didn't either. He took thier recept threw it away and then said he couldn't print mine out for me and that I would just have to look for it in my email (I have the rewards phone number...

I have to say, after visiting At Home for the first time today I am very surprised at the wide selection of home decor items I found there. They have stuff for pretty much every room in your house, even outside too! Honestly, I didn’t even know this store existed because it’s tucked away off Blanding in an area I don’t normally go to. But I’m glad I found it. The prices are great and the styles are extremely diverse, so it’s like they have something that everyone will like. I found almost everything I needed to decorate my new living room. I’m extremely happy with all of my purchases. My new room now looks like it was professionally designed! The quality of the items they sell is also much better than Old Time Pottery that’s just down the street. I would even compare At Home to the Pier One Import store, except At Home has much cheaper prices. Quality home decor items at affordable pricing, what more could I ask for! I went to buy clay pots on 3/23/22 at the At Home Store in Orang PARK ON wells. Found 2 pots after spending a considerable amount of time. Take them to the register to pay. The associate scans one that the price is marked out with a black marker. The other pot exactly like the other was clearly marked 49.99. She proceeds to tell me that the blacked out same pot is marked up higher to 59.99 and she has to charge me the higher price. Of course I asked for the manager and she could have cared less and repeated the same bs. One whole wall with snacks near the register was not marked with any prices. I asked how do people know what they are paying for an item. I was told they would ring it up and if I dont want it I dont have to take it. Customer service and attitudes were pathethic. This place needs to be shut down till everything is marked up to the correct price. When you try to call corporate in Texas it says leave a message...
