The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Florida

Picture this; day before Thanksgiving, I had placed an online order on Monday for a quarter in bone ham, and a smoked turkey breast. So imagine my disappoint when after standing in line for 20 minutes, they told me they were sold out. How does that happen when you place an order ahead of time. Ok, I decide to just get the oven roasted turkey breast and quarter ham. They opened the package, to show me before purchase, but I did not realize, the glaze was like a sheet of glass over both meats. Now the only reason anyone goes to honey baked is for the topping on the ham, so we were very disappointed when we didn't have access to it, I don't know if they were rushing or what the case was, but I'll think twice before...

NEVER AGAIN! Apparently a reservation/pre order means nothing to these people. We ordered our ham over a week in advance, still waited nearly an hour in line only to be told they're out of ham. "Where is the ham I reserved?" Their response: "We're out" "But you sent me an email to pick this up" Their response... "We're out"

That's why they got security sitting out front because they're taking people's money and not tracking inventory.

This is highly frustrating as people are making holiday plans and Honeybaked Ham Company cares more about getting your money and as many people in the front door as possible.

Even people that ordered their turkey was turned away with not a care from these...

She called and spoke with Miss Mildred, who told her to bring the ham back and exchange it for different ham, and speak to the manager Charlie.
