It has been at least 5 years since I have been shopping for cute new jeans. I have recently lost weight and was unsure of my size and honestly what I was looking for. Clothing shopping brings on a lot of anxiety for me. But 2 employees made this experience so much fun. Nani Sonders and John Ford were AMAZING. I was there over an hour trying on pair after pair. Nani smiled the whole time and reassured me we would find jeans that fit. Having her help me felt like I had brought a friend with me. She made me feel like I was living a “pretty women” moment from the movie. She even told me they do free hemming which was a game changer and actually sold me on buying there. John helped to pin my jeans for alternations. Nani is made for retail and helping people. She knew exactly what size to get me and what styles would look good on me. I hope she gets promoted to manger soon because she deserves it! This experience has made me feel like I can go shopping again. My sister and I stopped in at the Buckle bc its her favorite store. 25 jeans trying on later she finally got a complete outfit thanks to the awesome staff starting with Tiffany. I have never in my life seen Managers and Co workers working together for the good of the customer & the store. This store is very lucky to have the staff they have in this store bc they are not only educated in all the products, jeans, etc but they have a huge compassion with there customers and it really shows. My wife had found this place while clothes shopping and she wanted to show me so we made an appointment for before the shop officially opened. What a great customer service experience! Our fitter Alyssa was attentive, knowledgeable, and not afraid to suggest new things for us to try on. Absolutely top notch customer service. It's our new favorite clothing retailer for that fact alone, and the fact that the clothing that they sell is good quality and innovative is frosting on the cake.
