January 9 at 4 PM I dropped my jewelry off. I was told that it was going to be ready in three hours and the young lady Julia who was very helpful. Told me to come tomorrow morning to pick it up because they close at eight and I knew I wouldn’t have came back in time to pick up the jewelry so I come Back the next day Jan 10 at 12 o’clock and the manager was snarky and said that’s why we call you to let you know it’s ready cause we have 400 units to clean, so is my cleaning not important? and I’m totally upset because I was told to come back in the morning because they’ll have it done and To the associates believe they’re both Hispanic one was a manager and the other was a manger they weren’t very helpful and they said it’ll take another hour or two .. it’s not even busy in that store for them to clean it right there which is totally unacceptable and I will never come back here because of that. It absolutely makes no sense so now I have to find another Pandora to clean my jewelry. Sales associate name is Alessandra I don’t remember...
