Purchased some ear plugs while in the mall. I changed my mind and wanted to order some online from Spencer because they didn’t have the pair I came for so I went back to return them after ordering the ones I wanted online. The receipt says you have 30 days to return with receipt. Not only did they not give me my money back they gave me gift cards, but online orders can’t be cancelled either apparently. So that puts me out approximately $150 on 4 pairs of plugs I have no interest in shopping here again. Return policy should be made apparent in regards to unopened jewelry at time of purchase or at the very least stated on the receipt. The payment was through PayPal and the girl had to pull out a stack of papers and figure out how to do it, then assured me it was done! IT WAS NOT! I keep getting assurance from the online support that it is being handled, at one point someone admitted to dropping the ball on not sending it to finance to resolve.
